Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Scoopon credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Scoopon credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note this does not apply to insurance or flights booked with Scoopon. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 25 March 2020 and 14 March 2021, during which airports are closed and check-in and check-out at the resort is unavailable.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Deluxe Room, Deluxe Pool Access Room and One Bedroom Ocean View Suite - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults and one infant.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$40 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge, sleeping on one day bed and one rollaway bed with accommodation and breakfast only.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

One Bedroom Villa - Packages are valid for two adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults.

Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests, including children and infants, can be accommodated.

Connecting rooms are available for Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Pool Access Rooms only, subject to availability.
