The resort is located approximately a 45-minute domestic flight from Velana International Airport (MLE) and is only accessible by plane. Roundtrip domestic flight transfers are included in your package, please see the Fine Print for details.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• One-time floating canapes and cocktail will be served in the main pool area, or may also be served in the Sunset Beach Villa with Pool and must be booked in advance.
• The included massages may be redeemed at Xanadu Spa, open daily from 10am – 10pm and must be booked in advance. Guests may choose any 60-minute massage from the standard spa menu.
• The complimentary lagoon dive is one free scuba trial per person, per package and must be booked at least six hours in advance, is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other activities. Guests must be aged eight years or over to participate. Guests may upgrade to a Discover Scuba Diving package, for more details, please contact the resort.
• Complimentary minibar includes cocktails, beers, wines, and snacks replenished once daily.
• Complimentary use of non-motorised water sports equipment includes kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. All use is subject to availability.
• All-inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner may be redeemed at any onsite dining venue. Meals include one starter, one main and one dessert per person during meal times. Any additional meals during the same meal period will be charged at an additional cost.
• Resort activities are weather-dependent and subject to change.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Some specialty dining items will be charged at an additional cost. Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Unlimited free-flow drinks may be redeemed at any onsite venue, served one at a time. Alcohol will not be served to minors.
• Unlimited free-flow drinks include premium spirits and liquor, cocktails, mocktails, wines, signature drinks, juices, soft drinks, mineral water, probiotic drinks and a selection of tea and coffee.

Roundtrip Domestic Transfers Fine Print:

• Includes: Roundtrip domestic flight transfers from Velana International Airport (MLE) to Ifuru Island Maldives on arrival, and from Ifuru Island Maldives back to Velana International Airport (MLE) on departure for two adults.
• Additional children must purchase transfers at an additional cost of US$141 per person, payable directly to the resort. Please contact the resort to arrange. Children under the age of two may travel free of charge while travelling with parents on their lap.
• There may be one stop during your transfer with a maximum wait of 45 minutes or layover times, please check with the resort when booking.
• You will be met at the airport for your transfer; there may be a wait depending on the time of your transfer due to scheduling.
• Guests are permitted 20kg checked luggage and 5kg cabin luggage only.
• Transfers on arrival operate three times daily from Velana International Airport (MLE) to Ifuru Island Maldives, and transfers on departure operate three times daily from Ifuru Island to Velana International Airport (MLE).
• Travel times will be provided during transfer confirmation. Please provide international flight details to the reservations team at least 14 days prior to your booking date to confirm your transfers.
