The resort is approximately a 45-minute drive from Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV). Airport transfers are not included in your package; please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please Note:

  • The hotel is closed from 1 November 2024 until 1 May 2025
  • Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the Greater Palms restaurant in an open buffet style.
  • Breakfast is served between 7am to 10.30am.
  • Lunch is served between 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
  • Dinner is served between 7pm to 9.30pm.
  • Guests can also choose to dine a la carte at Hyde Beach, La Rebelle, Bungalow and Sun & Moon, during opening hours.
  • The daily free-flow drinks can be redeemed at all onsite restaurants and bars during opening hours. Most imported and local beverages are included as a part of the daily free-flow drinks. However, certain premium beverages are not included and are available at an additional charge.
  • The EUR100 resort credit per package can be redeemed at the onsite restaurants on extra beverages and food, on water sports equipment hire and on massage services in the cabanas. Reservations for hiring water sports equipment and spa treatments are recommended, no minimum spend is required. The credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Twin single beds may be requested in all rooms, subject to availability. Please contact the resort to book.

From the very first moment we arrived, everything was simply exceptional. The reception gave us such a warm welcome, and the concierge who helped us with our luggage was truly wonderful – unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. He always made sure we had taxis on time and helped us with everything we needed. The room and hotel were spotless, thanks to the great housekeeping team who kept everything perfectly clean. The staff in the restaurants and by the pool were also amazing. I especially want to mention Ali, who works by the pool and always served us with a smile and kindness. A special thank you goes to Ms. Alin and Didem, who organized our wedding anniversary celebration. They decorated everything beautifully and even arranged photos, which made the evening unforgettable for us. Since my husband doesn’t speak Turkish and his English is limited, their help meant the world to us. The only small downside we noticed was related to some guests’ behavior. Many would leave their towels behind at the pool or beach instead of taking them back, which created unnecessary extra work for the staff. Also, some guests tended to “reserve” sunbeds with towels for hours while not actually using them, which was a pity for others who wanted to enjoy the pool or beach. Perhaps it would be helpful if guests were kindly reminded about this, or if a system with a maximum of two towels per day could be introduced. This is, of course, only a suggestion and does not take away from the wonderful service of the hotel team. Overall, our stay was more than perfect thanks to the amazing people working here. We felt truly cared for, and we are already looking forward to coming back.

I had an amazing time at HIDE Resort Bodrum. Everything from the atmosphere to the service was top-notch and made my stay truly enjoyable. Special shoutout to Tita – an incredible trainer and just a great guy overall. He really made a big difference in my experience here. I’m more than satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We spent 4 nights here and overall had a really enjoyable stay, though I wouldn’t quite class it as 5-star. Pros: • The room was excellent and fully equipped. • Pool and bar staff were very attentive, and the drinks/snacks were high quality. • The beach was small but very clean, with great sunbeds. • Entertainment was good throughout the day and evening. • Buffet food at the Greater Palms restaurant (including breakfast) had a wide variety and tasted great. Cons: • A recurring issue was food temperature, no matter where we ate (buffet, pool, beach, or La Rabelle), dishes often arrived lukewarm, as if preheated. • Staff in the main restaurant weren’t very attentive and it was often difficult to get their attention for drinks. Service felt rushed, as if they were too busy. • Booking La Rabelle was unnecessarily frustrating. On arrival, we were told it was fully booked and advised to try again in a few days. After speaking to the restaurant manager, we did manage to dine there but noticed the restaurant was far from full, which was confusing. • Towels being placed on loungers at 5/6am to reserve them really needs addressing, it makes things unfair for other guests. Overall, we had a lovely stay and appreciated the service, facilities, and atmosphere, but a few improvements would definitely make the experience feel more in line with a true 5 star standard.

Hyde Bodrum has many strengths and great potential. The rooms are modern, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a housekeeping team that clearly puts in a lot of effort – the attention to detail is appreciated. A nice touch is the availability of quality teas and coffee in the room for guests to prepare themselves. The meals are tasty and nicely presented, though a bit more variety – especially when it comes to seafood – would be a welcome improvement. Additionally, drinks during lunch and dinner should be more easily accessible without having to ask the waiters, as this often leads to unnecessary waiting. The beach bar stands out with its friendly and attentive staff, including a courteous manager. The gentlemen working at the main entrance of the hotel, assisting with taxi arrangements, are also polite and professional – another plus. While many of the staff seem to genuinely care about their work, the service in the main restaurant is unfortunately poor and needs significant improvement. One of the strongest aspects of the hotel is its adults-only policy – a big advantage for those seeking peace and quiet. However, not every adult guest comes to party nonstop – moments of calm and less intense music around the pool would make the atmosphere more balanced and relaxing. A standout feature is the hotel manager’s personal involvement – he talks directly with guests and genuinely tries to solve any issues that arise. This level of care makes guests feel heard and supported. His efforts to improve the hotel experience and compensate for service-related shortcomings do not go unnoticed. We hope the hotel will address these areas of improvement, as it has the potential to become a truly relaxing and versatile destination for a wider range of guests.
