This hotel boasts a prime spot in Embarcadero, away from the city’s main thoroughfare and overlooking San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge. It is conveniently located near a cable-car turnaround and the bustling Ferry Building. The hotel is situated approximately a 20-minute drive from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Regency Club Lounge access includes member-only entry to the rotating top-floor lounge with 360-panoramic city views, daily light afternoon snacks, continental breakfast (Wednesday to Sunday only), evening canapes and an honour bar (Tuesday to Saturday only). Please note that the Regency Club Lounge is closed on Mondays. On days that the club lounge is closed, guests are welcome to enjoy a buffet breakfast at Eclipse Kitchen & Bar.
- Destination fee includes US$20 dining credit for use at Eclipse Kitchen & Bar (billed to your room), one complimentary in-room movie, departure gift, Big Bus discount, San Francisco Aquarium discount, Exploratorium discount, 10% off Sushi Kinta, Harborview Restaurant and Osha Thai (excluding happy hour, present room key). - Includes: Single-day San Francisco hop-on hop-off bus tour ticket, Golden Gate Bridge crossing on an open-air bus, complimentary China Town walking tour (on request) and audio commentary.
- Valid for two adults (13+). Infants (0–2 years) may travel free of charge when seated on a parent or guardian’s lap.
- Available every day from 10am to 5pm.
- You must activate your voucher with Skyline Sightseeing at least 24 hours before departure. Check-in here www.sightseeingworld.com/en/checkin to retrieve your tickets. You can then board the bus at any stop. If there are any issues with online check-in please email info@sightseeingworld.com, or take your voucher to the office at 99 Jefferson Street (at the corner of Mason St.) to start your tour.
