7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. 3-Day 1-Park Per Day Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets

Fine Print:

  • Luxury Escapes will email your ticket numbers within 21 days of booking. Guests with a valid ticket should visit http://startyourdisneylandexperience.com/ to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration is required. Availability can change until the park reservation is finalised. Guests with multi-day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
  • A Disneyland Resort Multi-Day, 1-Park per day ticket, with applicable park reservation, is valid for admission to either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park each day over a specified number of days. The ticket is not valid for visits to both Theme Parks on the same day. Tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2026, whichever occurs first, and each day of use of the ticket constitutes one full day of use.
  • A Disneyland Resort Multi-Day Park Hopper ticket, with applicable park reservation, is valid for admission to both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park over a specified number of days, including visits to both Theme Parks on the same day. Tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2026, whichever occurs first, and each day of use of a Park Hopper ticket constitutes one full day of use.
  • Adult rates apply for guests 10+, and child rates apply for children (3–9). Infants under two may attend free of charge without a ticket required.
  • Children aged 10+ will need to purchase the upgrade option for children 10+ available at the time of booking. Entry without a valid ticket will not be permitted.

Disney Shuttle:

  • The hotel offers Disneyland Resort shuttle transportation to and from the theme parks, with departure every half hour. The cost is US$6 per person, per day (infants three and under are complimentary). The hotel is close to the Anaheim Convention Center and OC Airport and offers taxi service.
  • Hours may vary and are based on Disneyland hours of operation.
  • Departure from Hotel Front Drive every 30 minutes. The first shuttle departs 45 minutes prior to the park opening.
  • Departure from Disneyland at Station 13 every 30 minutes at the top of the hour, with the last shuttle leaving one hour after park closes.
  • No shuttle service from 11.45am to 12.15pm and 7.45pm to 8.15pm.

Wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel. Guest services and front-desk services are excellent. Felt like they really care for their guests. Has a regular shuttle service to Disneyland, which is a really good value. Definitely coming back the next we visit Disneyland.

Staff was very welcoming and did their best to get our family rooms on the same floor. Suites are spacious. Cleaning staff did a great job each day. Loved having the Starbucks in the lobby for convenience, and the hotel bar/restaurant was very nice with good service. The shuttle service to Disneyland was very convenient and the morning driver was the best.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a high-floor deluxe room with two queen beds. The lobby was beautiful, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was big, clean, and I really liked the wall design behind the bed. We had a city view. Parking was convenient, both valet and self-parking are available. I went with self-parking, which was $35 a night with in-and-out privileges, and there were plenty of spaces. They also run a shuttle to Disneyland for $7 per person per day. The hotel has a couple of restaurants and a market on-site, but there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. No free breakfast, but overall, we had a great stay here.

This used to be a great hotel. But they are most definitely not four star ranking now. Online it said we could pay for early check in. When we got to the hotel, they told us they weren't sure they could do that because they were having a lot of turnover due to a large convention in town. Except the convention had already been in town and they would not have been turning over a lot of rooms. They told us they would text us as soon as they knew. Which they never did. This was the first of several issues we had with the staff. And they should not have offered early check in online if it wasn't actually going to be available. We lost 6 hours waiting for something that would never happen. Additionally, we asked that the early check in be removed from our bill at least 4 separate times, and they told us it was taken care of. It wasn't until we were leaving that the person told us it had been set to be removed when we checked out. So at least four separate staff members outright lied to us. Our room set up was very strange, with a ton of wasted space and a ridiculously small bathroom. The fridge was in this very strange small room like a kitchen that had a door on it. Why? Why would I want to open and close a door just to get to the fridge in the room? Even though this was advertised as a suite, it was really just a big room with a shelving divider. Which showed some damage, either from installation or sometime after. The mattress was terrible, one of the worst I have slept on. And when we pulled down the sheets the first night, there were brown marks on the top sheet. I don't know if they were stains or burn marks from the dryer, but this is supposed to be a four star hotel. I wouldn't even use sheets like that at home. The Citrus Grill was advertised for lunch as having all these great options, such as flatbreads and such, but they were tearing up and remodeling the space, so the only available options for lunch were prepackaged cold sandwiches that were barely edible. This was mind boggling because they had two other venues, they just chose not to utilize them for lunch and keep falsely advertising what the Citrus Grill had to offer, including sign board put up in the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel before and loved it. I don't know if all these problems are a reflection of the management of this particular hotel or a decline of Hyatt's commitment to service in general, but I will never stay at this location again. We had three rooms total. We could have spent less and been closer to Disneyland and better food options, and spent less. Terribly disappointed.
