Great value for one night between flights

Stayed here twice in 2017; the "Studio Kitchen King" rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bar, restaurant, pool, fitness room and lobby were all clean and friendly. Despite being at an airport, the rooms were very quiet. The hotel is ideally suited for relaxing morning flights out of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. If you can, take the subway, ferry or express bus to the airport rather than a taxi (our driver had no clue where to drop us).

I’d expected more from Hyatt but I guess this is different from their hotels as the room felt more like a service apartment business with its own kitchenette, living, dining and bedroom neatly partitioned by a flipable flatscreen tv wall and bench top that works as a dining table and office (hence the unique office/ kitchen stool chair design). I’d sum the room up as a practical and functional design ideal for corporate guests flying in and out- which is what I was as I stayed only a night. I was particularly amazed at the size of the shower- could fit 10 people in there haha! I can only fault that check-in was slow, limited international channels, and there’s no luggage assistance.

Nice room. No bathtub just a shower. Limited English but that's on me since I am a visitor. Easy access to departure counters. There is a McDonald's and KFC within walking distance inside the airport.
