A very pleasant surprise. My flight was cancelled and I got booked by my airline. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had many amenities such as a minibar, many toiletries and more that made made stay a great one. Didn’t try the restaurant as I wasn’t hungry but will book again in the future.

The hotel has comfortable, well-soundproofed rooms with just the essentials for your stay. The buffet has good, flavorful food, the coffee is excellent, and the views from the restaurant are lovely. However, customer service and hospitality are sorely lacking. Upon arrival, you're treated like you don't exist, and they don't even greet you. During check-in, the staff seemed more eager to get rid of me than to provide good service. They didn't inform me that I needed to use the key card to access the elevator, they didn't give me the room's Wi-Fi password, and they didn't mention the insurance hold. There were no extra amenities in the room, just empty boxes of sewing kits, shoe polishers, and other items. The shower water cycles from cold to lukewarm to hot within seconds, so you have to constantly adjust the temperature and can't enjoy a pleasant shower. The restaurant was very nice, but the presentation was lacking. We were given a dirty table, still covered in crumbs from who knows when, both on the tables and the chairs, and there were no napkins. I stayed two nights. The first night was uneventful. The second night, I left shortly after arriving, and it seemed so indifferent that they didn't even notice who was leaving or who their guests were. Upon returning from a brief absence of less than 10 minutes, the reception staff asked me, with a suspicious tone, if I had come back to the hotel. It was only 10 minutes! How is it possible that they didn't recognize a guest who had just left? The staff clearly needs much more training in customer service and making guests feel welcome. It always seemed like they were doing us a favor when they were providing service.

**Disadvantages:** 1. Do not stay in Room 501, or you’ll be in for a miserable experience! The noise in Room 501 is unbearable. From midnight until the afternoon, the ventilator in our room produced constant, loud noise, making it impossible to sleep or get anything done. We had to complain to the front desk on the second afternoon of our stay, and thankfully, they moved us to a different room. If you’re assigned Room 501, make sure to request a room change! 2. The location is not ideal, it’s far from any attractions or lively areas, and there are very limited restaurants and cafes options. **Advantages:** 1. The rooms are spacious. 2. The Wi-Fi is fast, though it occasionally glitches at night. 3. The king bed is very comfortable. 4. The soundproofing is good; you can’t hear noise from the street outside. However, the lady doing room service in the morning knocks on the door and shouts really loudly… (not even on our door because we had the do-not-disturb card hanged)
