The hotel is located approximately a 15-minute drive from Madrid Airport (MAD). Transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

Best hotel I stayed at in Spain by far! The cava at check in and the chocolate truffles once I got to my room were the cherry on top. Great location with lots of restaurants and close walking distance to the park which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was kind, accommodating and I loved the turn down service with chocolate. They really make you feel special at this hotel.

Hotel Urban ended up being one of our favorite stays in Spain. From the moment we arrived, the front desk set the tone with a warm welcome and a glass of cava, and check-in couldn’t have been smoother. The concierge was friendly and quick with recommendations, which helped us dive right into the city. The location is unbeatable—you can walk to just about everything worth seeing in Madrid. Our room felt sleek and modern, spotless, and comfortable. A huge plus: all the drinks and water in the room were complimentary and restocked daily, something we didn’t find at every stop on our trip. We made good use of the rooftop pool and bar. While there are only a handful of lounge chairs, we had no trouble finding space, and sipping cocktails by the pool after a day of exploring was the perfect way to unwind. Unfortunately, our schedule didn’t leave time to try the hotel’s other restaurants or bars, but they looked inviting. Overall, Hotel Urban has the complete package—great service, stylish rooms, thoughtful extras, and a prime location. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

My niece and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Madrid, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we stepped through the doors, everything was flawless – warm welcomes, thoughtful touches, and impeccable service from the entire team. We were celebrating my niece’s 18th birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it truly special. Waiting in our room was a complimentary bottle of cava, a beautifully presented cake, and a single red rose – such a thoughtful gesture that brought real joy to the start of our trip. It’s rare to find that level of care, and it didn’t go unnoticed. One of the loveliest surprises was the complimentary mini bar – restocked daily and filled with drinks. It made us feel so well looked after and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Another fun touch was the pick a mix station in the entrance! Breakfast each morning was absolutely gorgeous – a generous and beautifully laid-out buffet with fresh pastries, Spanish cheeses, cured meats, fruit, and hot options cooked to order. And of course, the rooftop terrace and splash pool was the perfect place for us to unwind in the afternoons. Whether we were swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a drink. This hotel offers a wonderful blend of luxury, personality, and heartfelt hospitality. They made my niece’s milestone celebration unforgettable and created memories we’ll both treasure for a long time. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Madrid – it was perfect in every way.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Madrid. I’ve stayed at several Hilton properties in Spain, and this one is remarkable. Service is exceptional and the design of the hotel is very sleek. We were treated very well. The hotel has many nice touches such as flat irons in the rooms, steam irons, robes, slippers, stocked mini fridge, etc. The breakfast was superb and the fresh squeezed juice blends were delicious. Beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is small, but very nice on a hot summer day. Patricia and Brian at the check-in desk helped us resolve a billing issue with absolute grace and kindness. We will definitely return.
