We were warmly greeted by Kosuke and Lolita during check-in, a thoughtful welcome that felt comforting after a long flight. Room was spotless and fitted with fairly new furnishings. While it’s on the smaller side, the unbeatable location (direct access to Shibuya shopping street) and view of the iconic Shibuya Crossing more than made up for it. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the gym. It’s really compact and small. Would suggest in partnering with a nearby fitness center or introducing a booking system to manage capacity would be appreciated. Also, special thanks to Takumi, who made check-out a breeze while accommodating several of my last-minute requests. Overall had a pleasant stay here

We stayed here during our honeymoon and couldn’t recommend this hotel more! The staff were all so kind, helpful, and welcoming—they truly made our stay feel special. Their English was perfect, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Shibuya, and the views from our room were incredible. A perfect experience for such a special trip—we’d absolutely stay again!

Great hotel in the heart of Shibuya! Close to the scramble and shopping, and a stone’s throw from the station and lines to anywhere you’d want to go. Rooms are small but functional—it’s inner Tokyo after all so rooms are smaller. It was a little tight with two medium suitcases but we made it work. The staff were all amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke good English (though it’s a bit rude of us English speakers to just assume everyone will speak our language!) Comfortable beds and perfect climate control in the room, and a fully automatic Toto toilet was a great novelty! We had a great stay at this hotel as a base for our Tokyo adventures.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to the front desk staff! The customer service was superb. The location is amazing as you’re literally close everything, even the train station. The restaurant was okay. I booked the premium king room on a high floor and it was FANTASTIC. The hotel was clean. The amenities were great. I felt safe in this hotel. As a solo traveler, I was overall happy. Although I’m leaving a five star review, there were some issues. Many times, around 8 to 10 PM, hotel staff or housekeepers would just try to open my room door without knocking. If it wasn’t for the latch, they would have invaded my privacy. Also, I came back to my hotel room around 5pm one night and my room wasn’t cleaned. When I called the operator, she said “well are you going to leave?” I found this to be unprofessional and unnecessary as I was out for 6 hours.
