WOW! That is what i can say about this hotel, location AND service. As soon as I drove up the bell hop came to my car, asked if I were staying at their hotel. Also if I needed to park my car with their valet. Of course yes to both question. I went to front desk and I was checked in immediately. Only stayed at desk for about 5 to 7 minutes at the most. Bell hop took our luggage up to our room and put all our luggage in order on our room (TIP THEM)! Room was small. If you are in to large rooms this place is not for you, BUT these rooms are VERY clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It does have a lot amenities except no microwave. That microwave is down stairs in mini store which has things you may need. Parking your car in their garage, which is safe, and leave it there. You won't need it unless you're traveling far. Everything is in walking distance that is full of entertaining, food, goodies and needs. This is no complimentary breakfast, but they do have excellent choice breakfast at a great delicious cost. I wish i could go on about how this facility is extravagant, but not enough room. I seriously highly recommend this place for all your needs. Business and/or pleasure.

Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but as we didn't plan to stay inside all day, we didn't mind! The room decor was tasteful and unique. The beds were comfortable. Despite being in the French Quarter, the noise level was very low - a quality sleep! We stayed in 508, which faced the street. Service was great. We didn't eat at the onsite restaurant but saw several people doing so. The only drawback, and this isn't the fault of the hotel, but the location has some unsavory characters around the block (especially at the corner convenience store). The hotel keeps them away from the door, and I would recommend just not responding, keeping your eyes forward and not loitering. Know where you are going, the same as any big city. The outbound St Charles streetcar picks up right at the intersection, which is fantastic! It drops off inbound a block away. Walk to Canal St in three minutes!

This was the best hotel experience I've had in New Orleans as a mature adult. (I've stayed on Bourbon in my youth, but that's a whole different experience). The location is great. Within a block of Bourbon and 2-3 blocks of the riverfront area. Close enough if you want to party/drink, but far enough away so that there is no noise when you want to get away from the debauchery. The rooms are small, but very clean, very boutique-like. Service is amazing. They'll send you a text every day to see if you need anything. Parking is expensive, but probably no different from anywhere else in the French Quarter. Very convenient though, just give your keys to the front desk when you're done unloading, and they take care of everything from there. Highly recommend. If you want a quiet place that is close enough to the party, then stay here. I definitely will be staying here from now on.

I wish I could give the hotel 5 stars because the staff was very friendly, happy hour was great and in my opinion the rooms were a decent size. However, I did experience some issues. Another hotel guest was able to enter our room using their key, which could bring up some safety issues had they been someone with malicious intent. I wish I could remember the lady at the front desk name, she was able to resolve that for us very quickly. The food options at the restaurant feel a little too complicated for their own good, but that’s honestly my personal preference. Drinks were always good, especially during happy hour.
