Rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed. Complimentary snacks were welcome. Staff was attentive and helpful. Towels were soft (for a hotel) and the beds were fine. Various options for pillows were available, too. Withing walking distance of parks and several restaurants.

Possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in! We stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of July, and both really enjoyed it. We were greeted by a friendly staff member on arrival who checked us in. The room was beautifully decorated and beautifully clean - we couldn't fault it. Perfect location for exploring Chester. Would definitely recommend!

The atmosphere and the staff were second to none. I've been to much more expensive hotels and the service has been absolutely shocking. Everything was clean, tidy and also had a great quirky feel to the room. Also the waterfall/rain shower, absolutely phenomenal. It was so relaxing. I could have stood or sat in the there for hours

For a deluxe room bit disappointed here's why All pillows too soft Bed quilt annoying with partner pulling & tugging all night For the price should be sky TV as standard. £220 a Night Breakfast extra Seating around the room uncomfortable. Best bits --- staff really nice Telly in middle from bed good position Toilet and Bathroom really nice, the waterfall shower is pure heaven Did not eat or park at this hotel We would not stay again.
