Quiet, spacious, great service and facility. Very roomy. Each room has its own balcony. Hotel is in a semi-residential area with a big open area below. Some nice neighborhood stores and services but not a lot. Conveniently near the train ans Bua stations. The neighborhood is newer and doesn't have cobbled stones which makes traveling with luggage much easier. The pool is currently closed and I didn't get to go to the hotel's private beach. Buffet breakfast at 20€ per person with a sufficient selection of hot foods and more pastry and breads with limited cheese and fruits. Everything is professional and surroundings are tasteful. Will stay here again if I were in the area because I found most European hotels squishy with small spaces and this one is different.

We arrived to the hotel after an extremely long work and travel day. The staff was calm and friendly. They offered us water, a place to sit, and a place to store our bags while we made some arrangements with our company. I had a junior suite room with a large comfortable bathtub, 2 slippers and bathrobe, a balcony with two seating areas, and the softest bed in the world. It really helped me recover from travel fatigue. Merci beaucoup to the amazing staff here! My highest recommendation.

Our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and the airline took zero accountability—leaving us completely stranded. We had booked a room through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel around 11 p.m., only to be told it was fully sold out. We were exhausted and desperate. That’s when the reception staff stepped up in a way that honestly saved our night. We didn’t catch his name, but whoever was working reception on the night of 8 June 2025 deserves serious recognition. He offered us a free drink while we waited, and it seemed like he personally cleaned a room that had just been checked out—running up and down to get it ready for us. Truly went above and beyond. In a moment when everything else failed, this hotel and especially this one person showed real humanity. Massive thanks—he deserves a raise, and honestly, a promotion. You made a terrible travel day a lot more bearable.

The good: The location was very central, and very close to the top of the hill and spectacular views. The hotel is very pretty, with modern decor in shades of blue. The shower was awesome! The bad: The in-room coffee maker was a brand/style new to me and came with no instructions in any language, so my excitement at finally having one was in vain. The pillows on the bed were truly awful. Alone, they were too flat, and together, they were too much. Breakfast was adequate, at best. The scrambled eggs were real eggs and not reconstituted, but were very overcooked and even had quite a lot of scraped bits that had been stuck to the bottom of the pan. If there was yogurt, we couldn't find it.
