I would like to tell big thank you to hotel for hosting me and my family. It was super pleasant experience. The location is great , the stuff was super friendly, everything was on a more higher level than we expected (which is always a bonus ;). It’s definitely not our last stay in your lovely hotel. Thank you once Again.

Such a nice experience in this really fun hotel. Nice touches such as the jungle decor and gentle bird sounds. Lots of green features too. Friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfast with something for everyone.

I rarely write reviews about hotels or restaurants, but this place is too special not to share - this hotel is a true gem in Brussels! First of all, the design is simply wonderful. As we were told, it was inspired by the nearby botanical garden, and you can really feel it. It’s like a small branch of the garden itself - filled with plants, books, natural decor, and what’s even more impressive is that everything is real. There are living green plants and even terrariums- not artificial ones like in many other places. The scent in the hotel is also worth mentioning - both the general aroma and the cosmetics in the room smell so amazing, you’ll want to cover yourself in it :))))) The room has everything you need, including a full ironing set—no need to go ask at the reception like in many hotels. There’s also a bottle you can refill yourself at water stations on every floor - such a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. The restaurant and lobby have a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is vegetarian and offers delicious business lunches prepared by the chef. We also enjoyed a drink at the hotel’s Urban Picnic lobby bar, and I really appreciated how cozy and comfortable the space felt - no stiff or showy vibe, and definitely no feeling of being constantly watched. And lastly, the staff here is incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. You can tell they truly care and want to make your stay as smooth as possible. This hotel truly has a soul- and that makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

The worst hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. I forgot a small charm bracelet in the room, and the hotel said it would cost $120 to have it mailed to me. I paid it and when I received the package it was EMPTY! I paid $120 to receive a blank envelope. The air conditioning does not cool as low as the temperature reflects on the thermostat, so do not book this hotel in hopes of cooling off from outside. I used the laundry service and asked the receptionist several times how the service works, and was surprised when I received a $160 bill to only have undergarments and a few shirts washed. I’m not sure if the hotel scams foreigners or if there was a true miscommunication, but I was never told there would be a fee at all. When my laundry was given back to me, one of my shirts had the receipt stapled to it AND I was given someone else’s underwear and charged for it as well. Do not use the laundry service if you are worried about having an item ruined or lost in the process. The front desk worker was kind enough to refund the ruined item, but the receptionist should have explained the fee when I asked how the laundry service worked MORE THAN ONCE. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend any person from another country to stay here either. The hotel tried to delete my post saying it is "fake engagement". I want to be clear, this is a real review and it is my honest opinion. Do not waste your money staying here when there are other great options in the area.
