This hotel is truly outstanding, especially when it comes to location. Situated in Shinjuku, it’s within walking distance of countless restaurants, nightclubs, and the train station. If you’re ever in Tokyo and want to stay in the heart of the action, look no further—this is the place to be. The staff here were exceptional. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the customer service was nothing short of superb. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were another highlight, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and would choose it over and over again without hesitation.

One of our favorite hotels! Perfect location and wonderful staff/service. Very clean everywhere. The breakfast had a ton of options and was all very fresh food. The hotel bar was so cute and we got to hear live music. Atmosphere was great. Our room had a great view of the city and our bed was very comfortable. The bath was sooo relaxing and the shower felt great.

The hotel exceeded many of our expectation. Location, staff, rooms, modern room setting. One of the very best hotels we’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Although our room (Superior Queen) was relatively on the small side, but the floor to ceiling window made up for it. Location was right in the middle of Shinjuko and close to everything. Breakfast spread was amazing especially the views from the 17th floor having it was fantastic. The restaurant staff were most attentive. Aria, the food and beverage manager was always there to take care of any needs of the guests in the restauarnt. They don't have a Spa but there is an independent Spa in the building. Ask the reception about it. the managers, including the GM, were always present in the lobby and ready to help especially during breakfast and evening hours. We 100% recommend this hotel and will return to it without hesitation. Thanks to ALL again.

I’ll start with the good points. The manager of this hotel is lovely. You can tell he is an experienced person and very kind and professional. That said, he’s clearly landed with an inexperienced team… The location of this hotel is superb which is why we stayed - would we book it again? No. I booked a deluxe room and it was tiny! Very strange. We travel a lot and we didn’t expect that for a deluxe. As things transpired we were moved the next day - nothing to do with the size of the room - look at my pictures! Yes that’s a pillow in the bed we found we had slept in the bed as got in late looked like mold to me. I marched this down to breakfast the manager was mortified and said it could be someone’s hair dye?! I still think it’s mold, but there we are. We were moved. To a larger room set out better, but somewhat of a palava to move. Other issues. Emailed the hotel ahead of time to check if they had vegan options for breakfast was told no they don’t and we can just eat the vegetables and fruit! As it transpired when we got there they had some Fully plant based dish you could order - labelled vegan but when you email staff are clueless on this. Other issues, we booked for 2 adults and one baby. This was clear in the booking confirmation and as soon as we checked in some very inexperienced staff member came up round and said “you, you are three people” and she came with a print out for an adults cost to pay for breakfast daily for the baby! Utterly outrageous! As it states clearly children under 4 are free and we didn’t try and disguise the fact there were three of us we booked for 3. This lady would not budge on this and was a massive headache upon check in and very rude. Next morning we go to breakfast and have this same battle with another clueless staff member at the breakfast restaurant. These things should just be smooth you don’t want to be literally having an argument to sit down for breakfast. The attitude of the staff to this was really just pathetic. In the end would you believe on the third day of the stay the manager had to come down to breakfast with us and inform the staff that children under 4 are free. Again a headache. I wouldn’t stay here again. I hope this nice manager gets a job elsewhere somewhere better and can leave this place behind,
