7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hotel Balzac. Especially our own balcony with Eiffel Tower views was unbelievable - it honestly made the trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every need, making us feel at home from the start. Overall, the whole hotel had an incredible luxury feeling, with attention to detail and beautiful Art Deco design elements throughout. Everything from the lobby to the room felt thoughtful and elegant. I'm already looking forward to the next time I get to stay here.

Beautiful hotel, great hospitality and spacious room (and very quiet without too much noise from outside Paris life). We’ve had a terrible experience at one of our breakfasts and making it the reason for not giving 5 starts. Nevertheless , we would definitely recommend and come back as well.

1. Poor room condition – The washroom had broken parts, which I reported to staff with photographic evidence. My request to change rooms was refused several times (more than 3 nights and the stay is 6 nights) 2. Unclean linens – The bedsheets and towels provided had visible dirty spots, yet were given to us as “clean.” 3. Staff attitude and dishonesty – Staff were unfriendly and acted in a deceptive manner. The concierge girl who checked us in, at check-in refused our request to change rooms due to a broken air conditioner, claiming ours was the only connecting room in the hotel — later we discovered that each floor had one. 4. Minibar charges for items not consumed – We were charged for minibar items we did not touch. We suspect housekeeping opened the minibar during cleaning and left it open. 5. Unjustified extra charges – On checkout, our bill included an additional €1,000 in unexplained “sub-charges” added to each night’s rate without prior notice or approval. 6. Random Addition to Bill – Upon checkout, our bill included an additional €1,000 in "subcharges" added to our nightly rate randomly for items we didn't request and without prior notice or consent. 6.
