The hotel is great! The interior was great and beautiful. The beds were comfy. Also the food was great, and the fact that we have tap water in the hotel room is really nice. The people that work here are really nice to guests, they always like to talk to you and make funny jokes. Also there is a metro station under the hotel, a 7/11 shop, and Starbucks 10 steps away from the hotel so u can travel and eat close to the hotel! Overal: 9/10

I initially stayed at this hotel alone during a business trip, and my experience was thoroughly satisfactory. The breakfast provided was consistently of good quality, and the staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout my stay. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Manager Diana, whose attentive and helpful nature significantly enhanced my visit. Her proactive approach to guest care and unwavering support made a significant difference, ensuring all my needs were met promptly and thoughtfully. The following month, my family joined me for a vacation, during which we opted to upgrade to a loft room at a modest cost. This upgrade contributed greatly to our comfort and overall enjoyment. My children particularly appreciated the breakfast offerings, and the stay created lasting positive memories for them. Although we encountered a minor issue at the outset, the hotel management addressed it promptly and effectively, reflecting their commitment to guest satisfaction. One particularly memorable moment was when Manager Diana helped coordinate a surprise cake delivery from my children on Valentine’s Day while I was staying alone—an act that reflected her genuine compassion and attentiveness. In conclusion, this hotel offers a reliable and hospitable environment suitable for both business and family stays. I would confidently recommend it to fellow Indian travelers seeking quality service and a comfortable experience.

I was wandering around the Little India area when I stumbled upon a hidden gem — Soul Brew café, tucked inside the lobby of Holiday Inn Singapore Little India. From the moment I stepped in, I was charmed by its cozy atmosphere. The café was bathed in warm lighting, with plush seats spaced out just enough to create a sense of privacy — perfect for an impromptu afternoon work session. As I scanned the space, deciding where to settle down, a friendly barista named Melvin approached with a smile. He didn’t just greet me; he thoughtfully guided me to a well-lit corner seat — ideal for opening my laptop and getting a bit of work done without distractions. While I was still mulling over the menu, Melvin pointed out a standee featuring a refreshing cold brew he personally recommended. Though I was initially leaning toward a hot coffee, he took the time to highlight some popular hot picks as well, without any pressure. His suggestion felt more like a helpful nudge from a friend than a pushy upsell. The inviting display of freshly baked pastries and vibrant salads caught my eye — and let’s just say my “just a coffee” plan quickly turned into a light afternoon treat. After placing my order, I returned to my seat, laptop ready, and soon enough, Melvin arrived with my coffee and snack, all served with genuine warmth. It’s rare to find that mix of great service, quiet ambience, and good coffee in one place — but Soul Brew delivered on all counts. Big thanks to Melvin for his attentiveness and hospitality. If you're ever in the area and in need of a caffeine fix (or just a quiet corner to unwind), this spot is well worth a visit.

My preferred place of stay is always at Holiday Inn Little India in Singapore. The location is great, transport link is excellent and the hotel itself has many options, like wise coffee shop as well as restaurant. The staff are very attentive and the service was impeccable. Rooms are spotlessly clean. My stays always been better with no complaints whatsoever ever. I thank the management and the staff for making the stay comfortable. Logan in the front office was very quick making my check out smoother.
