Had an unexpectedly wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Little India Singapore after my flight was delayed — thanks to Singapore Airlines for arranging this! Despite checking in past midnight, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. The room was spotless, cozy, and just what I needed after a long day of travel. Breakfast at Gully’s Restaurant was great, and a special mention to Virendra, who made the experience even better with his warm hospitality. He kindly shared sightseeing tips around Changi Airport and even provided a tourist map, such a thoughtful touch! Truly impressed by the service and care from everyone here. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality in Singapore!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Singapore Little India! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Singapore Little India! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the entire team made me feel truly welcome. A special thanks to Shameer, Ahmad, and Jamal for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm smiles, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with every request really stood out. They truly represent the spirit of great hospitality! The hotel’s location is perfect — right next to the MRT station, making it super convenient to explore all parts of Singapore. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great time. The location of the Hotel vey good with great connectivity to the MRT. One of the highlights is the Indian food we get there. My mom is a vegetarian and we enjoyed the Indian food served in the Gully Restaurant. Special mention for Virender, who manages the guests in the restaurant. Very soft spoken and he took care of our needs perfectly. Another mention is for Peta, who manages the cafe. Thanks for the Masala Chai and the Samosas. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for all the above reasons.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4 out of 5 stars) First time staying at this hotel and in this location for a business trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, one of the staff members quickly helped with my luggage, and the check-in process was smooth and fast — definitely a bonus after a long flight. I stayed in the Loft Room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bathroom amenities were almost complete, though it wouldn’t hurt if they added cotton buds and a hairdryer, which are fairly standard in most hotels. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the MRT station and a 7-Eleven, making it super convenient for both transport and basic needs. That said, the hotel does feel a bit soulless. While the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, most of them appeared stiff and robotic. A bit more warmth and natural hospitality would really enhance the guest experience — a little retraining in customer engagement could go a long way. One area that definitely needs improvement is the food variety. The selection is heavily focused on Indian cuisine, which I understand given the hotel’s location in Little India and the likely preferences of many guests. However, the Western and local food options were very limited, and more often than not, were “sold out” or “not available.” That was quite disappointing. Despite these points, I had a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely come back. With a bit more attention to atmosphere and food variety, this hotel has the potential to be excellent.
