7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - The daily ice cream is available from Wow Cow Ice Cream from 11am to 7pm. Valid for one small scoop in a cup per child.
- Breakfast is served buffet style at Asia Alive restaurant daily from 6.30am to 10.30am.
- Daily lunch or dinner is one course from the Chef’s Menu only. Drinks not included. Lunch is available from 11.30am to 1.30pm. Dinner is available from 6pm to 8pm.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
- Rates are per car, one way.
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged THB210 per additional seat required. Guests may bring their own infant seat.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
