We had a lovely family stay at Holiday Inn Canggu. Our toddler loooved the family suite with the kids room featuring fish wallpaper. ALL of the staff were all so lovely and friendly to us - from front desk reception to the cleaners. A special mention to Suci from the Roomah for being very accomodating and Ari from Housekeeping for making our stay extra special. It was also nice to be able to check out their sister hotel The Regent which had an amazing restaurant and pool. We will definitely come back again!

Couldn’t fault the Holiday Inn Canggu, we had an amazing time!! We moved to this hotel after a bad experience at the hotel we originally booked, the manager Willy was incredibly accommodating. The staff were very helpful and friendly and personable. The rooms are beautifully furnished, pool is beautiful, very relaxing. Perfect location, Two minute walk to the beach and beach bars and surfing. Close to all the good restaurants, bars, shopping and spas in Canggu. The food at this hotel is some of the best I have ever had at a hotel and in Bali!!

My partner and I stayed in Canggu to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place! From the moment we arrived, I was so impressed with this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and more than happy to help with anything we needed. It was so convenient being able to message them on WhatsApp; they were always quick to respond, making everything effortless. The breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented, with plenty of options to suit everyone. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to great cafes, shops, and the beach, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming—it truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Canggu. It made our trip so special, and we’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Great location. Comfy beds, very clean, fabulous pool and one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL. A special mention to hotel manager Dikiy who is a delightful person. Diky’s attention to detail and customer service is exemplary 🙏 Five stars also to wait staff Ayu Surya and head chef Manggala, who went above and beyond to cater for my daughter’s nut allergy. They made us feel safe and cared for. Staff like Diki, Ayu and Manggala make a good stay an amazing stay and I will definitely return.
