Fist day when I checked in, I got first floor room. Room condition was ok but I couldn’t use terrace because it is so close to car access area and many people is walking through. So I asked to Lobby to help any possibility to change the room and Bagus clearly explained options what I can get. However I didn’t want to pay extra and I just accepted my condition but he tried to final any better option for me and he discussed his manager and he found good solution for me. He was so friendly and clear direction I really satisfied his support and service Holiday Inn Canggu. I strongly recommend here for holiday and you will get best experience when you meet Bagus! Thanks!

I would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team, especially Arta and Rio, for their excellent work. They are very kind, polite, and always smiling. The room was always kept perfectly clean, fresh, and comfortable thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. Had a very good experience here. Fira at reception was very welcoming. I was hungry when I arrived and she was kind enough to recommend a warung for me to eat. The location is very strategic, everything you need is within walking distance (laundromat, restaurants, convenience store etc). The breakfast was good, main course were made fresh. I had their big breakfast, nasi goreng kampung, and dumplings and all were exceptionally delicious. Their desserts were also memorable. Kudos to the kitchen team. The F&B staffs and the security team were also very friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive, asking me if i needed a refill on my room amenities. My room was very clean as well. However, I noticed some drain flies in the bathroom area. But overall I had a really good time here. Thank you :)

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Canggu, close to cafes, shops, and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are super clean, modern, and comfortable, and the rooftop pool is amazing, especially at sunset. A special thank you to Dian from the staff—she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and local tips made a big difference and really made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Canggu. I’ll definitely be coming back!
