As a colleague from the industry, firstly i have to admit that i did not expect such a fast check in, lovely staff on the reception desk, even General Manager solved our misunderstanding with room types, all for not more than 5 minutes. Secondly, beds and pillows are the best in IHG hotels, this hotel provides all high standards and procedures, those things make us happy. We enjoy our stay and we will fully recommend this Hotel. Misko

Great rooms well furnished with everything one needs. Clean, good standard and spacious enough. Staff is friendly and very helpful. My room was under the room and was quite unique in shape. The street is very quiet. I guess the room is probably too hot in the summer with being under the roof, but the window can be opened. Great location.

This hotel was great for our needs. The staff make a hotel and the staff here were always pleasant, helpful and smiling. Management always seemed to be nearby and checking on guests, which makes a guest feel good. Special thanks to Audre in the breakfast service, she was smiling every morning and so pleasant, also, thanks to Abdelhak who assisted with any questions and was always responsive. When we are next in the area we will definitely be here again! The promised baked beans on the breakfast never did appear 😂

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Paris Montmartre for two nights with our kids, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience overall. To start with, the room was unbearably hot during the night, and we couldn't sleep at all. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and there was no alternative solution offered. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with young children who need proper rest. Things only got more frustrating during breakfast. My wife and I went down to eat while our kids were still sleeping in the room. We asked if we could take a couple of croissants back up for them — just a small gesture for sleeping children — and were told flatly that it wasn’t allowed. After explaining the situation, the staff member finally offered to bring food upstairs herself, but still insisted we couldn’t take it ourselves, which made no sense. When we did take a few croissants and some butter for the kids, we were stopped again. We had taken three croissants and three butter packets — one for each child — and were told we could only have one butter! When I asked why there were so many petty restrictions, the staff member reluctantly gave us one more. Honestly, it was laughable. The rigidity and lack of empathy were shocking, especially in a city like Paris where hospitality is supposed to matter. Overall, this hotel lacks both comfort and basic courtesy. Between the sweltering, sleepless nights and the oddly strict and unwelcoming breakfast rules, we will definitely not be returning. Not recommended for families.
