2 nights stay it everything was perfect! Arrived early they were kind to hold our luggage and the receptionist gave us tips to explore the city while waiting for the room, came back and a very nice smile from another receptionist even checked us in Spanish he was very kind and friendly, the room was very clean and very comfortable beds, their location is good, just a few minutes to a not crowded metro station I loved it! The guy at the bar was also very friendly and helpful

During our recent visit to Naples, we chose the Holiday Inn as our base and opted for a suite to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel’s location proved to be convenient for exploring the city, and the suite itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a reputable international hotel chain. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding level of service provided by the hotel staff—particularly the reception manager, Angelo. From the moment we arrived, Angelo demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. He was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Whether it was assisting with check-in, offering local recommendations, or ensuring our specific needs were met, he consistently went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. The rest of the staff mirrored this high standard of hospitality. Every interaction was marked by courtesy, attentiveness, and a sincere desire to enhance our stay. It was clear that the team takes great pride in their work and strives to create a positive and memorable experience for every guest. For travelers seeking a reliable, comfortable, and service-oriented hotel in Naples, I wholeheartedly recommend the Holiday Inn. The combination of excellent accommodations and exceptional staff makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers alike.

Stayed here since it was a transit in Naples and needed a place to stay in nearby. Conveniently located close to airport. Have stayed here now 3 times in just the last two months. I’d say the room I had the last time would probably be the best so far but also because I paid for the upgraded room. But aside from that I’d recommend just staying at the hotel and if you’ve gotta leave take a taxi. Everything around this hotel just seems really creepy and abandoned. Will stay again but only as a transit hotel. Id say check out the Renaissance Hotel if looking for an all around good hotel. Please note this is considered an airport hotel. Service is not going to be the greatest. Just good value for the price you’re paying.

stayed for 2 nights at Holiday Inn Naples, and overall, the experience was just average. The hotel itself is large and conveniently located, but the service left a lot to be desired. When I checked in, the staff were not welcoming. I had to wait at reception, along with others who mentioned they’d already been waiting over 20 minutes. Only two people were actually handling guests, while others were just sitting nearby—not what you expect from a professional front desk. My room also had issues with the air conditioning. I reported it, and while a technician came and changed the filter, the cooling still didn’t work properly. In summer, this made the stay uncomfortable. I had to call again and even sent an email about it, but I never received a reply—even after checking out. Breakfast was good, but apart from that, there isn’t much positive to add. The stay was okay at best, but not something I’d expect from a Holiday Inn standard.
