Stayed here for two nights and we had a great stay. Room and bathroom were huge, quite clean and comes with complete amenities. Staff was also friendly and accommodating. Breakfast comes with a good spread of Western and Filipino food, and we quite enjoyed the items. Conveniently located next to Robinsons Galleria as well.

I recently stayed at holiday in hotel in Ortigas for my late birthday celebration with my family and friends, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location was excellent—conveniently close to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around the city very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. I appreciated the air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi connection, and cozy bed after a long day of exploring the area. The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Customer service was courteous and professional. The front desk staff were responsive to requests and helpful when I needed directions or recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The building itself felt secure, and I liked that the environment was peaceful despite being in a busy area. I had the chance to enjoy the hotel’s breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails—and each offering added something special to the overall experience. Overall Impression: The hotel’s food and beverage offerings stood out as a memorable part of the stay. Each meal period felt thoughtfully planned and delivered with great attention to detail. Whether you're starting your morning, enjoying a mid-day break, or wrapping up the evening, the culinary experience here adds real value to your stay. Would definitely recommend for guests who appreciate good food, attentive service, and a bit of indulgence. I would recommend staying in Ortigas for anyone looking for a mix of convenience, comfort, and affordability in Metro Manila. While there’s always room for small improvements, my holiday was definitely made better by a hassle-free hotel experience.

The hotel has been somehwat refurbished. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is connected to a shopping center for easy access to restaurants, entertainment and shops. We found the service to be friendly and attentive. We also used the spa services. The spa was a bit rundown but we managed to get a good deal on a two hour couples treatment which was good.

Customer service disaster. My wife was misled —wrong information, zero accountability, and a front desk that couldn’t care less. The reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She liked the restaurant and lounge teams, but that’s where the positives end. She described the customer service as “rock bottom.” Days later, she’s still angry and refuses to even talk about it. That says everything. Avoid this place if you value basic respect and competence.
