I traveled from Grand Cayman Islands with my wife to Holiday Inn Rosebank. We had a great stay, great team and their genuine service. Big up to these few team members who we interacted during our stay. Karabo who checked us in ,Alex who checked us out Restaurant team was great Dony, Thulani,Nara, Busie Thank you we will definitely come back

Perfect for my short stay in Johannesburg. Breakfast is good. Business center accessible 24h. Bae staff very friendly and communicative, even when not a patron. Staff at check-in are courteous and with humor. Thank you all for contributing to my birthday trip with you kindness. Quinton was kind enough to bring me towels and give me a late checkout. Aubrey, night manager, was instrumental in the positive experience as well. Looking into a package I was sure I'd purchased. You all put the Holiday Inns in the U.S. to shame. Thank you for everything. See you all the next time I visit Johannesburg, and I will be.

First time staying at a Holiday Inn anywhere in the world, and I checked into the Rosebank Johannesburg location yesterday. Confirmation number 42079303, last name Opoku Agyemang. Check-in was rough. Landed at dawn, but only got my room after a few hours. Honestly, it was tiring and frustrating, and that’s the one thing management should fix ... earlier check-in options for travelers arriving that early. That said, two days in and I’ll admit, this place has impressed me. Food and drinks are solid, breakfast has been excellent, and the red velvet cake slices deserve a special mention. The staff have been consistently warm and attentive. Out of six nights, I’m only on night two, but so far this experience is already better than other places I’ve stayed in Johannesburg. If they tighten up the check-in process, this would be close to perfect.

At check in, a very flamboyant man thought it good to share his political views with us, saying he hates the USA and the world is better off without the USA and how much he loves Putin. We should get rid of the USA. I was born in the USA and I also noticed that there were many Americans staying at the hotel. Now, I am not going to get into a political discussion here. The point is, it is completely out of place to express these views to any guest. I found this a very interesting way to greet guests. Very much out of pace and unwelcoming. It definitely ensures that I will never stay at this hotel again. Or the group for that matter. The room was OK but the air conditioning could not be adjusted. The bathroom walls are glass, so it doesn't give you any privacy to do your business. The hotel restaurant was also out of savignon blanc. Entirely. They had not a single bottle or glass?
