Great stay – family friendly and well located We had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for us and our baby. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety. The staff was very kind and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated as we were traveling with a baby. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and everything you need. Would definitely recommend! Big thank Pam for hospitality ❤️

Stayed 4 nights in May 2025. Staff at check in were friendly & efficient. Room was clean. Great view from our room overlooking the pool. Bed was massive (extra large) and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was very good with a good spread of hot and cold foods. If there was one complaint about breakfast, is that you need more signs around the food areas regarding the use of tongs when handling food. Watching people grab food, (bread, pastries,fruit) with there hands can be frustrating. Pool was great with the outdoor bar just a few steps away for a refreshing beverage or two.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here every time. The staff are welcoming and very attentive, if there is a problem with the room or you need anything, the lovely staff are here to help you. Pam and Gus are lovely, friendly and helped us every time we had an enquiry. The location is perfect, right across the road from the beach at the same time secluded from hustle and bustle of Patong. Every Thursday there is an afternoon market right outside in the driveway of the hotel. The breakfast is pretty good, has everything you need with some variety on different days. We also liked that the swimming pool is open a bit later than in other hotels, so you can enjoy a lovely evening dip in the pool. Overall, a lovely place to spend your time, has all the amenities you need, wonderful staff, and lovely atmosphere.

It's good for the price you pay. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that the room was very damp when we entered. I'm talking condensation dripping from every surface, and the blankets, although nice and clean, felt a bit damp. We had to run the air-conditioning on "dry" setting overnight to get the humidity down. They also can't help it I think.. it's the humid outside air reacting with the warm room. Would be good to try dehumidify it a bit before the guests move in though.
