Good place, same as other Holiday Inn in other countries: reasonable price with nice facilities, near airport. 1 recommendation from me: since I checked in late 9.00 PM and left very early morning at 1.00 AM (my flight was at 3.00 AM), the hotel could give a snack or take away meal for case like me. I even did not have a chance to get down for suppers, too tired after work.

Holiday Inn Pasay is an excellent place to stay—very comfortable and convenient. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist, which makes you feel at home right away. The location is great—close to the airport, malls, and major spots in Pasay. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious options, and the amenities like the gym is well-kept. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommended!

4 stars for being nearly perfect. The room is clean and no issues. The location is perfect as it is just walking distance to the Naia Terminal 3 Bridge. Breakfast Buffet is good. The beef tapa was delicious. We tried to request a higher floor but were only given the 5th floor. 4/5 Rooms. There are aesthetic probelms outside the rooms. We can see damages on the hall/ room exterior. 5/5 Service. Staff were very professional. We availed the free shuttle to the Naia Bridge. We didnt expect that there is staff waiting inside thr location ready to welcome us. 5/5 Location. Near to our intended location.

If I can rate this hotel zero - 0, I would. Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with an awful, lingering smell that made it hard to breathe comfortably. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks—food crumbs, strands of hair, and general filth were scattered across the floor. It was revolting. The overall maintenance of the room was shockingly poor. Everything felt neglected, as if cleanliness and basic upkeep were no longer a priority. It’s clear this hotel is in desperate need of serious attention and care. After a long flight, all we wanted was a clean, comfortable space to rest. Instead, we were met with a room that felt unhygienic and unwelcoming. For the price we paid, the condition of the room was outrageous—absolutely not worth it. Staying here felt more like enduring something than enjoying a stay. We expected better, and this was far below even the most basic standards.
