Very up to date and clean rooms. The shower was warm and clean. The air conditioning in the room struggled a bit, but it did eventually get the room cooled down. We were given meal vouchers from our airline, but the voucher was only redeemable for the dinner buffet which looked really unappetizing by the time we arrived late at night. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel that served food but expensive bar food that we ate at instead. The burgers/bowls were great, but the pizza was disappointing. The shuttle to/from the airport is a paid ride; you can also provide proof of a compensated room/cancelled flight in order to ride the shuttle for free. The shuttle runs about every 20 minutes. I would stay here again.

We stayed for four nights across two separate visits at the Holiday Inn Express at T3 while visiting the UK. I have to say, I was genuinely impressed. The staff really stood out—absolutely faultless both in person and during a couple of follow-up interactions after our stay. A special thanks to Kimberley for helping me retrieve my invoices. The breakfast was excellent, especially given that it was included in the rate, and the room was clean and functional. The walk to T3 and the underground station is really convenient, making it easy to get around. On our first stay, we had a runway view, which was fantastic—definitely ask for that if you can. Even facing the runway, the room was surprisingly quiet.

Average airport hotel in connection with T4. The hotel is located in the same building as Crown Plaza and basically shares the bar/restaurant facilities. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, even though my room was facing the airport. The bar area is nice and cosy but I was not impressed by either the quality or price level of the two restaurants. The breakfast buffet was alright though, and given the fact that it is a Holiday inn express, it did meet expectations. Even though it is a busy hotel, they have plenty of elevators to accommodate its guests, so I did not have to wait long at any time of day. All in all I would probably choose this hotel again next time I’m flying in or out of T4.

Really disappointed by this hotel. Its location is convenient for terminal 4 but there are better options a bit further out. We had a family room which was small. We arrived late and unfortunately the sofa bed hadn’t been made up despite the hotel knowing it needed to be. This caused delays for our son going to bed. The rooms need some attention and some basic maintenance. For example: the sealant under the sink has completely gone. This meant every time we used the sink the water went on the floor. I could only find a menu without prices online - For good reason as it’s very expensive. I have attached a photo.
