I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah in Dubai and was very impressed by the outstanding support provided by both the Housekeeping and Engineering departments. The Housekeeping team maintained my room to an exceptionally high standard throughout my stay. Rooms were consistently clean, fresh linens were replaced daily, and all amenities were restocked promptly. Special thanks to [insert name if known], who always ensured the room was spotless and made sure every detail was perfect, from the bathroom cleanliness to the neatly arranged towels. The Engineering team was equally professional and responsive. I had a minor issue with the room's air conditioning, and it was resolved within 15 minutes of reporting it. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, and ensured everything was working properly before leaving. Overall, the behind-the-scenes teams at this hotel truly enhanced my stay. Their dedication, efficiency, and attention to detail reflect the high standards of the Holiday Inn Express brand. Thank you to the staff for your hard work and hospitality!

The Great Room Restaurant surpassed my expectations! Thank you MaryAnn for providing fabulous service - attentive, friendly and flawlessly executed. It was a delicious meal with a warm and inviting ambiance. I felt at home with the warm hospitality. Our experience felt special because of the attention to detail and genuine care displayed by the staff. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Great Room Restaurant inside the Holiday Inn Express in Jumeirah, Dubai. Serving international cuisine, this restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide range of options, and everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s a great spot whether you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a quality meal in the area. One of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding service. The staff were polite, attentive, and professional throughout. A special mention goes to Manager Mary Ann, whose warmth, friendliness, and genuine care for guests made the experience even more memorable. Her leadership clearly sets the tone for the whole team. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable, making it suitable for both casual dining and business lunches. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which shows that hygiene is clearly a priority here. The housekeeping staff Christine and Madushan did a great job keeping everything spotless. Room service was efficient and timely. What really stood out was the politeness and professionalism of the service staff. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.
