I have stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Overall the stay was good but the rooms are exceptionally small with no proper ventilation or fresh air. Food was good and the staff were friendly.

Stayed at Holiday Inn for 3 days. Overall, it was a decent experience but with a few drawbacks. 1. Check-in - The standard check-in time is 3 PM IST. I had enquired earlier and was informed that early check-in post 11 AM would be complimentary, and before 11 AM it would cost ₹1500 + GST. However, when I arrived around 12:30 PM, I wasn’t allocated a room immediately, which was disappointing. 2. Food – The food was okay, not the best. Breakfast was complimentary with my booking. 3. Rooms – Rooms were compact and neat, but felt quite suffocating since the windows couldn’t be opened and there was no balcony for fresh air. 4. Air Conditioning – The room temperature became uncomfortably hot during the night, and my colleagues staying in other rooms faced the same issue. During the day it was super cool. 5. Location – Excellent location in a prime area, with easy access to Ola, Uber, and Namma Yatri. 6. Lavatories - Bathroom and Restrooms were separate. Bathroom had Dove shampoo and body wash. Hand wash sync also had dove hand wash. 7. Complimentary - Kettle was available with coffee , tea bags, sugar bags and a cup. Two small sized water bottles were given. Tip: Keep the check-in timings in mind and plan your arrival/events accordingly.

Seems whatever is written about the about the room less is better... Desinged to confuse as one wonder whether the room is extension of bathroom or bathroom is the room with bed and a tiny desk. Hardly any space to move around, to store and to lay ones cloths or even dress. Was alone hence but wonder if theres more than 1. This hotel is interior design wonder... If room is enough the size of sofas at common place is so low that one hardly reach table to eat properly. Service is okies type, not that great considering The brand. Only plus point is the location... Close to White field and other offices and metro.

At least 2 stars i have given as the staff is very helpful and room service is efficient and front desk is patient and polite. The people deserve praise. But holiday inn express has taken economical designs to maximize profits to new lows. It is an insult to stay in such tiny rooms with no facilities. The modern hotel designers have taken the cattle class executives to a new extreme low standards This hotel rooms are a result of designers being asked to fit in maximum people in the smallest space possible with no features and no facilities Holiday inn used to be a comfortable hotel in years, gone by, but now greed and no consideration for customer comfort and dignity.
