Excellent experience all the way through. My extended stay for work was made possible by the relentless kindness and assistance from hotel staff, especially in the relaxation area. Mrs. Felicia, the receptionist to the Spa has been my guiding light on my fitness and weightless journey. During my stay with the food and exercise, I ended up loosing 10lb!! Felicia’s kindness and support and assistance booking spas sessions was key to this. Thank you!!!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Business Bay and had a very pleasant experience. The standard rooms aren’t very large, but they are modern, fresh, bright, and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast had a good variety and was of high quality. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of offering grab-and-go items like coffee, juice, fruit, and croissants at the entrance of the breakfast hall – a small gesture that made a big difference. The hotel pool is spacious with a beautiful design, and it’s located between two buildings, so it’s nicely shaded. That made it possible to enjoy a swim even during Dubai’s intense summer heat. The staff, especially the valet team, were consistently friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay – so much so that I extended my reservation. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Holiday Inn Business Bay in Dubai for 10 days and had a really great experience overall. From the moment we arrived, Elisha at the reception gave us a very warm and polite welcome and even offered us a room upgrade — that was a perfect start to our stay! The breakfast was also very good. At first glance, the selection seemed a bit limited, but after speaking with the Holiday Inn staff, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a variety of freshly prepared dishes straight from the kitchen. That made a big difference! Also, the ice café in the hotel was excellent. One thing that was disappointing: we had ordered a taxi at the reception and were passed on to another staff member. They asked us to wait, but after 20 minutes we followed up and were told they weren’t aware of the request. Eventually, we were directed to a driver who wasn’t an official taxi, and we ended up paying more than expected. That part was quite frustrating. Still, overall we were very satisfied. The hotel is clean, well-located, and the entire staff is extremely polite and helpful. Thank you

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool was also very enjoyable, not too deep, which makes it ideal for both relaxing and casual swimming. There's a jacuzzi at the end of the pool that's perfect for unwinding, and a kiddie pool that's super child-friendly, making it a great option for families. The breakfast was also impressive, with a wide variety of food selections. They offered everything from starters to mains, desserts, and drinks, something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!
