HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🇪🇸 💯❌💯 The service was super friendly, I have no words for the stay we had with an 80-year-old man 🇪🇸👍, I don't speak a word of English☝️ (At least the water had to be cold at dinner ❄️). Kudos to the breakfast 💎 "10", the rooftop pool from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, which is appreciated in the heat and especially in the humidity of Dubai. Everything was super clean 😷 Spectacular night views while having a drink at the terrace bar 🍺🍹🥂🥤🍻🍾☕️ 🚉 Metro station 200 m. ⬅️🚈👍🚉➡️

Holiday Inn Al Barsha has a great location and overall good facilities, but my experience with customer service was not as expected. I requested early check-in in advance, knowing it’s subject to availability, but as a loyal IHG member, I have always received early check-in at other Holiday Inns. I arrived at 2 a.m. and felt that there was little effort to accommodate me. When I asked about paying for half a day, I was told it would only be available from 7 or 8 a.m., which felt rigid compared to my past experiences. In the end, I had to pay for a half-day stay when checking in at 8 a.m., which I hoped would be complimentary. Additionally, for two mornings at 6 a.m., the hot water was not working, which was inconvenient. Apart from these issues, everything else was fine. However, the level of service did not meet my expectations compared to other Holiday Inns. Better flexibility and customer care, especially for loyal guests, would have improved my experience. Maybe I should switch to another branch because this one really pissed me off.

The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. We paid good money to enjoy our time, but instead, they made our experience miserable. First, the location was terrible and the property itself looked old and dull. But the real issue was the staff. One example of that was, despite clearly displaying a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, they kept knocking early in the morning, disrupting our sleep. When we finally answered and politely asked them not to knock again until we were awake, they ignored our request and proceeded to call us multiple times. It felt like they were intentionally making things difficult for us. Instead of trying to resolve any of the problems we encountered, they acted dismissive and uninterested in providing any kind of service or solution. We were made to feel like an inconvenience, not valued guests. The front desk was especially rude, and it was clear they had no idea what good hospitality was.
