Since we stepped in holiday in hotel my son ,my daughter in law and myself have had a daily warm welcome from Mr Rohit in the restaurant. We were made comfortable to such an extent that we chosed to have food on a daily basis. At time we don't feel like eating but the professional approach of Mr Rohit pulled ourselves for breakfast, lunches and dinners. He always attended our table to supervised if we are enjoying the food or not. He deserves our blessing 🙌. Hope the hotel gets employees of his character and qualities in the interests of Guests. Thanks to you all.god bless.

Restaurant: You cannot miss Rohit and Team's Service. They take care like a mother and prepare what you want. Room Service: Best. Immediate response and you ask, you get kind of atmosphere. Front Desk: Except that they don't have change to give you back, Rest is great. Nice people. Great atmosphere. Valet Parking: Very helpful. Very kind. Very friendly. Special mention to Joshua and Pranav who helped me with all formalities for Room Booking, making it a smooth easy process. Hassle Free. This is my experience in October 2025. Stayed with family for 2 days. Wonderful Experience.

Amazing place in a great location. Stay in the beach side rooms. You would have awesome views.. We have stayed here several times and have received the same top notch service and hospitality every single time. Right from reception to room service their service will be always welcoming. Breakfast buffet is well spread catering all cuisines and live counter gets you everything fresh. I would extend special thanks to the restaurant manager Rohit and our server paul who always extend a warm welcome whenever we are here in Cafe G.

As club members of Holiday Inn, we were thrilled to see the same high standards of warmth, comfort, and professionalism that make this brand so special. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every single staff member — from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team — was incredibly cordial, professional, and supportive. They made us feel completely at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was plush, the linens were fresh, and the attention to detail in cleanliness was outstanding. The food was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and served with great care. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-presented.
