Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Special thanks for Supriya das.

The location is just beside the Racecourse. The city view from the 15th floor is just awesome. Hotel staffs are very courteous and welcoming. The receptionist gave crayons and printed drawing sheets for free to my kid. The breakfast buffet had so much options. The chef made teddy bear (face) shaped pancakes for my kid, although I didn't ask. The small efforts to put smiles in customer's face, show the dedication of the staffs. The overall food quality is just great. They have valet parking also.

The hotel is located in a prime area with an excellent view. From check-in to check-out, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The food was delicious, and we had a wonderful experience thanks to head chef Mr. Ajit and his team. Special thanks to Rajesh, Dev, and Somu for their great service. The housekeeping team, especially Bittu, ensured that the room was perfectly prepared and clean before arrival, with every instruction thoughtfully followed. The security team was also very polite and helpful. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for the warm hospitality and excellent service. it truly made our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

had a great experience staying here. The check-in took a little longer than expected (around 8 minutes), but the way the staff greeted and hosted us made up for it—it really felt warm and genuine. The hospitality throughout the stay was excellent. Once we got to our room, everything was spotless, and all the requests we had made in advance were taken care of without any hassle. The highlight of my stay was definitely the terrace view—watching the sunset over the city while relaxing by the swimming pool was truly unforgettable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would happily come back again.
