My heart is so happy 🤍🥺 I want to give a big thank you to the receptionist at the hotel who went above and beyond to help me! I had accidentally left some of my belongings at the hotel, and unfortunately, I couldn't return to pick them up because I’m already at the International airport and I had run out of Thai cash. I suggested sending the items to me via Grab delivery and to my surprise, the receptionist kindly offered to cover the Grab fee themselves. Because of their kindness, I received my things safely, and my heart is truly happy and grateful. Thank you so much to the gentleman at the front desk who helped me your generosity meant so much. Staying in Thailand has been a wonderful experience, made even more special by kind-hearted people like you. 🫡🇹🇭

t was a pleasure staying for 4 days and 3 nights at Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn has always been my first choice because of their excellent service, comfortable rooms, and what I love the most – their quality toiletries! As a Muslim guest, I would appreciate it if you could offer a wider variety of Halal options on the breakfast menu. Thank you

If you stay at high end hotels then stay here then you will understand why I gave a 4 and not 5. This is a good hotel, but lacking mini bar and 24hr room service, which inconvenience me on very late nights, especially if I'm entertaining guests in my room. The staff here is amazing, warm, and friendly, they all seem to enjoy their jobs and love talking with guests. The rooms are clean and comfy. The location of the hotel has been great for my adventures. They also have in room massage services, which i recommend for any stay here.

The location of this hotel is very good, nearby restaurants make it more comfortable. Rooms size was very small and not very well maintained, lights were very bad some of the lights were not working. WiFi was the worst. Breakfast was not good we had experience way better in other cities like dubai, their is no mention of halal which should be mentioned. Staff is okay, concierge staff is very good, staff on the reception is okaish, we asked for late check out which they confirm but on check out day they said it is for 1 room only. Overall it was a okay stay due to location but not worth it for the money we spent.
