Dear K.Tee , K.Rat, K.Zack I had the opportunity to dine at Zeta Café in the hotel with my family, including my little one. The staff provided excellent service and even served grilled prawns right to our table. They were attentive and took great care of the guests throughout our meal. I’d like to compliment them and highly recommend dining here! Most importantly, the food was incredibly delicious!

Extremely good experience. Great location; room, pool and the entire hotel was fab - absolutely clean, felt like a 5-star. Staff goes out of their way to help and take care of you. Special mention - Fluke, who was very hospitable and warm!

Had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Thailand! The staff were very hospitable and always willing to help. Special thanks to Mookmic and her colleagues for their warm smiles and excellent customer care. The lobby staff were also great, and even with language differences, everyone made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was consistently delicious with friendly service. Highly recommend this hotel!

Having stayed here five times before I was hopeful of a welcoming stay. I booked a premier room with Executive Lounge access. Check in was quick and easy and the staff on arrival are always very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best in Bangkok but be sure to order your eggs and noodles. The room was clean and tidy but is now very tired and in need of an update. The TV was small and very old and worked like the black and white ones we had in the 1970’s with the picture ghosting and the lip sync out of touch. The towels were thin, frayed and soiled. I did call down to replace these and what I got was also not the best. Not the fluffy hotel towels we all like. The bathroom was in need of a repaint with a rail on the window now removed but the fittings have just been left there. All in all not value for money and no where near as good a standard as it needs to be for an executive room. There are better hotels in Bangkok for the same price.
