The Holiday Inn Agra truly impressed me during my recent stay, offering a delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service that made my visit to the Taj city truly memorable. From the moment I stepped into the brightly lit and welcoming lobby, I knew I was in for a good experience. Check-in was swift and efficient, handled by friendly staff who were quick to offer a refreshing welcome drink. My room, a spacious and well-appointed haven, exceeded expectations. The decor was modern yet warm, with a comfortable king-sized bed that promised a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The room was immaculately clean, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches like a well-stocked minibar, a clean and functional desk area for any work I needed to do, and a sparkling clean bathroom with excellent water pressure. The view from my window, though not of the Taj, was pleasant and offered a glimpse into the bustling life of Agra. One of the standout features of the Holiday Inn Agra is its exceptional dining. The breakfast spread was truly a feast for the senses, offering a vast array of Indian and continental options. From perfectly cooked dosas and idlis to fresh fruits, pastries, and a live egg station, there was something to satisfy every palate. The quality of the food was consistently high, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. I also had the opportunity to dine at their in-house restaurant for dinner, and the a la carte menu offered delicious and authentic Indian cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The hotel's location is another major plus point. While not directly overlooking the Taj Mahal, it's conveniently situated within a short drive of all major attractions, including the Taj, Agra Fort, and Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb. This made it incredibly easy to navigate around the city and maximize my sightseeing time. The hotel also offers ample parking, which is a great relief for those traveling by car. Beyond the tangible comforts, it was the staff that truly elevated my experience. Every interaction, from the concierge who helped me arrange transportation to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine, was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. They were always eager to assist, offering local tips and going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was palpable and truly made a difference. In conclusion, the Holiday Inn Agra offers an outstanding hospitality experience. It's a hotel that understands the needs of both leisure and business travelers, providing a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment with excellent dining options and a dedicated team. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Agra and look forward to staying there again on my next trip. Chef Dipak was very nice.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. A heartfelt thank you to Deepak — not only is he a talented cook, but his warm personality and delicious meals truly made each day special. From the food to the service, everything was beyond expectations. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and lots of gratitude.

I recently stayed at Holding Inn Agra Delhi and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all modern comforts, while the rooftop view of the city was simply breathtaking. Breakfast offered a delicious variety of Indian and continental dishes, served promptly each morning. What truly stood out was the warm, attentive service—special thanks to Navnidhi, whose friendly professionalism made every request feel effortless. Location is good. The rooms are spacious and neat. We informed our early morning arrival time to hotel prior and the rooms were well ready for us. Checked in within 15 minutes. Coming to food it is quite decent and there are good number of options. Pool is well maintained with 4ft depth. Hotel staff is well groomed and friendly.
