Hilton Tulum is a tropical paradise located between the sparkling Caribbean Sea and the ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum, just a 10-minute drive away. The vibrant city of Cancun is a 90-minute drive away, offering a plethora of shopping and dining options.

The hotel is an approximately two-hour drive from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Airport transfers are not included in your package but can be arranged for an additional cost through the resort; see Fine Print for details.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.   • All-inclusive dining is valid across all of the resort’s dining venues except Chiringuito Cocomar restaurant which is available to Enclave guests only. Upgraded menu items are available for an additional cost.
  • Free-flow drinks include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Included Credit: The included dining and spa credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit can be used for upgraded menu items. Spa credit can be used towards spa treatments when purchasing two or more treatments (excludes product purchases).
  • Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional cost through the resort directly, contact cunhi_res@hilton.com to organise.

It’s only my second day of a 9-day stay at Hilton Tulum, and I already love it. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, and everything feels organized and relaxed at the same time. The pools are spotless and there are plenty of spots to unwind, whether you want to chill by the water or enjoy a quiet corner with a drink. The food so far has been great—lots of variety and fresh options at every meal. I’ve tried a couple of restaurants and both had excellent service. Our room is clean, modern, and really comfortable, with a nice view that makes mornings feel special. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping everything neat and welcoming. I still have a week to go, but so far, it’s been an amazing experience. Can’t wait to see what the next few days bring!

We had a simply fantastic stay at Hilton Tulum. Every detail was just perfect. My wife had broken her foot just before our stay and the whole team couldn't do enough to help us including providing us with an accessible room much closer to the main building. The pool attendant, Guadeloupe, was super helpful and friendly. Vicente was not only a great bartender, he gave us fantastic insights into the world of tequila and mezcal. Thank you for the experience Vicente! We were also grateful to Itzel and team in the Enclave bar for great food, service and drinks. Speaking of which, the drink of the week goes to Efrain whose red fruit and passionfruit margarita was out of this world! In the breakfast buffet, Salazar and Alfredo were very attentive, and at Maxal, where we ate the best Mexican food, Juan and Rigoberto were fantastic waiters. We couldn't recommend enough and hope to be back someday.

This resort has exceeded our expectations! The rooms are well appointed and most importantly the AC is very cold. All of the Staff here has provided excellent service. However, the staff in the enclave has gone above and beyond! The chef, Lius, prepared the best salmon I have ever had at the Cocomar Café in the enclave. In the Enclave we had Bartender Efrain, is very kind annd makes some of the greatest drinks in Mexico! Alexis is lighting fast and great at fixing the greatest drinks!! made some of the best drinks in Mexico. Alberto was 5 star service and was as so attentive to everything we wanted! Amado and Nancy were great in the enclave as well! Guadalupe has a beautiful Amalie and personality to match. Everyone there to help with excellence! Ana, our concierge is the best and is genuinely friendly to help! The service and staff makes this one of our favorite resorts!

This resort is not a 5 star, but The service has definitely been 5 star all the way! Even in the Buffet, the staff go out of their way to get anything you want! Roberto, Angel and Elezaris were the best in the buffet! Ana is the concierge you want to so see if you need anything while here! I am very picky with my AI resorts. The lay out is great for families and if you want to get away from the kiddos the adult pool is lovely and relaxing!! Great job on this resort Hilton!!
