Hilton Tulum is a tropical paradise located between the sparkling Caribbean Sea and the ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum, just a 10-minute drive away. The vibrant city of Cancun is a 90-minute drive away, offering a plethora of shopping and dining options.

The hotel is an approximately two-hour drive from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Airport transfers are not included in your package but can be arranged for an additional cost through the resort; see Fine Print for details.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date.   • All-inclusive dining is valid across all of the resort’s dining venues except Chiringuito Cocomar restaurant which is available to Enclave guests only. Upgraded menu items are available for an additional cost.
  • Free-flow drinks include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Included Credit: The included dining and spa credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit can be used for upgraded menu items. Spa credit can be used towards spa treatments when purchasing two or more treatments (excludes product purchases).
  • Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional cost through the resort directly, contact cunhi_res@hilton.com to organise.

Carlos was an outstanding server! He was attentive without ever being intrusive, and he made sure everything we needed was taken care of right away. His friendly attitude and warm personality made the meal even more enjoyable. He knew the menu well and gave great recommendations that we really enjoyed. The service felt genuine and professional from start to finish. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would be happy to be served by Carlos again anytime!

It was my first time in Tulum, Mexico. Our room was beautiful and the food was great quality. The Enclave Lounge was amazing and just peaceful & filled with great tapas & drink options. Consuelo was sweet and accommodating. My favorite part was the pools and the beach. I loved watching the sunrise and the bike tour with Daniela was great. Just overall experience was fantastic!

We recently stayed at Hilton Resort Tulum and had an overall good experience, though there were several areas that could use improvement. Check-in didn’t go smoothly—we were told our room would be ready by 3 PM, but we didn’t get in until 4 PM. The resort did try to make up for the delay by giving us a “Cabana” voucher and upgrading us to a sea view room, but honestly, the view wasn’t impressive or worth the hype. The food was okay overall, but the Seaside Grill stood out as the best spot by far. Be prepared to make reservations for nearly everything, which became a bit annoying during our stay. We were also disappointed by the pool temperatures—they were very warm, which isn’t ideal in the middle of summer when you’re hoping to cool off. Getting around the property was another pain point. You rely on golf carts to get between your room and the lobby/restaurants, and wait times could be long, especially during busy times of day. The beach area is small and rocky, not ideal for swimming or relaxing on the sand. As for nightlife, there were short nightly events (30–45 minutes), but not much else to do in the evenings—no pool tables, game rooms, or late-night hangouts. The Conrad Spa, however, was incredible and easily the highlight of our trip. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and made the stay feel worthwhile. Overall, Hilton Tulum is a gorgeous property and a good choice for a calm, spa-focused escape—but if you're looking for better service, cooler pools, or more to do at night, this may not be the right fit.
