**Feel Like Changing your Dates? No Worries…**You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Packages are valid for two adults and two children aged 11 years and under (with the exception of select ‘adults-only’ inclusions such as massages and cocktails, as noted in the package options).
Bedding configuration is one king-sized bed (plus a daybed or trundle bed) OR twin queen-sized beds.
Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children or three adults and one child. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ below:
Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of IDR750,000 per night, sleeping on either existing bedding in a twin queen room or a day bed or trundle bed in a king room, with accommodation and breakfast only. Please note the surcharge increases to IDR900,000 per night for the Deluxe Premium Room with Rock Royalty Access and the guest will receive Rock Royalty privileges. Payable directly to the resort.
Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge sleeping on either existing bedding in a twin queen room or a day bed or trundle bed with all inclusions except cocktails/massage and spa treatments.
Baby Policy: One baby (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.
Connecting rooms are available on request (strictly subject to availability).
