The hotel is well located with restaurants and shopping facilities within walking distance and the tram right in-front. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is a little dated but rooms are very clean and affordable.

Excellent location for a conference at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Greeted by a friendly staff member and assigned my room. It was a dreadful night weather wise, very loud rain and freezing cold and windy so chose to stay in the room but could hear all the rain/storm. I felt like I was in a really isolated part of the hotel and although room was fine and locks worked I felt a little unsafe. This meant I didn't sleep well. Bed was fine but pillows were terrible, very thin. Bathroom was clean and spacious but had the worst hotel toilet I've ever come across, I had to sit on it sideways. Quite bizarre and frankly unacceptable. Location wise was super convenient for a 6am start, value wise was fine; vending machine on the floor for snacks. Just didn't have a great vibe to it and very weird how it was converted to a hotel with giant foundation poles down the corridor. I probably wouldn't stay again but pleasant enough. Staff member on check in was friendly and efficient.

It's an old hotel but the room was fine and clean and the bathroom modern. Breakfast is basic but adequate being cereal, toast, pastries and yoghurt tubs with juice, tea and coffee. Could do with the addition of tinned fruit to go with the cereal and yoghurt rather than whole apples and oranges. It suited me well for an overnight stay.
