  • Daily three-course lunch or dinner is served from a set menu at Asian Dining, Bikura or Beachside Cafe & Bar from 11am to 9pm.
  • One hour of daily free-flow drinks includes beer, soft drinks or water.
  • Drinks can be redeemed at Beachside Cafe & Bar at any hour of guests’ choosing from 11am until 9pm.
  • Return airport transfers must be booked directly with the resort at least 24 hours in advance. These could be private or shared.
  • The spa treatment is one 60-minute body massage, scrub or facial at Zen Spa, open daily from 8am until 9pm. Treatments must be booked in advance.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
