The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is good, and the facilities are fantastic. I visited for 2 days with my wife for her bday and was surprised to see the bed decoration for her bday without asking them which was very good of them loved it, they also provide bday cake. The central location is perfect as you can walk to everything,the hotel itself is very peaceful with lush gardens and clean pools. The breakfast buffet was good would have loved more indian options in it. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making our first ever visit to Phuket an absolute stand out holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would like to especially mention Alvin. He is very cooperative, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment you arrive, he makes you feel welcomed and comfortable, as if you are at home. The hotel itself has such a positive and clean environment, and with staff members like Alvin, the experience becomes even better. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stand out. The staff are amazing, the cleanliness is second to none, and the facilities are fantastic. I visited for a week with my partner and friends and everyone was so impressed with the Mercure. We visited the gym, day spa, swim up bar, regular bar and the club lounge and all were faultless. The central location is perfect as you can walk to everything, but the hotel itself is very peaceful with lush gardens and clean pools. The breakfast buffet was too good- probably the freshest breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. If you are tempted to treat yourself book a private pool villa; you will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making my first ever visit to Thailand an absolute stand out holiday.

We originally booked to stay in a Deluxe Pool room but got upgraded to a one bedroom suite. If you get the chance to book one of these rooms they are fantastic and so spacious with a separate living area and a beautiful free standing bath in the bathroom area. Breakfast had a great selection although the restaurant itself gets pretty crowded and loud at peak times. The main pool is lovely to swim in but quite small.
