We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a pool access room. The resort itself is beautiful and well located amongst shops, massage parlours and restaurants. You can also walk along the beach and enjoy a drink at the swim up bar. The staff are fantastic and we had our favourites who made our stay extra special

Staff & Check-in The check-in staff, Annie, was very good and provided a clear, detailed introduction and check-in tour. Other staff members we encountered were generally friendly and greeted us when we passed by. Room The room was spacious and generally clean, with a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. We did notice some dust or minor mold in a few less accessible areas, such as the decorative wall behind the bed and the edge of the shampoo holder in the bathtub. While these areas didn't impact our overall comfort, they are points that could be refined for an even better experience. Pools Both the private and public pools were very clean, which was a high priority for us. We didn't observe any mold or unusual debris. Overall Overall, it was a satisfactory stay at a reasonable price. We would recommend it to friends.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but this one tops them all. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was fantastic, the beach was beautifully maintained, and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. I left feeling completely recharged. A special thank you to Paul, the General Manager, who was outstanding nothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism. A truly unforgettable stay. Five stars all around

Overall, we had a nice time. Breakfast buffet was superb! Our room allowed us two meals per day, which was breakfast and dinner. Our allowed dinner menu was specific to our grade of room (deluxe). By day six, our dinner menu left us wishing for more. My Fiancée does not eat rice, which put a large damper on her Thai dinner choices. This is all personal taste, and not a direct issue with the resort. The staff was overwhelmingly sweet and polite, second to none!
