The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing! There was such a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes that were all delicious. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and kept everything stocked and clean, which made the whole experience even better. It was Merliana, Windha, Heni, Sari :) They were so kind and nice! Definitely one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had!

Loved our stay at Grand Mercure! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety, and the pool is fantastic. The location is great too. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, shopping, and food areas. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, although the air conditioning in our first room wasn’t working for the first couple of nights. Once we transferred to another room, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and we’d be happy to return.

We stayed at this large, very beautiful hotel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food and breakfast were also excellent. The beach was within walking distance, so you could admire one of the most beautiful sunsets ever. The location was also perfect for picking up souvenirs. Highly recommended hotel, with access to the spa, pools, and even gyms. Also ideal for families. Thanks so much to all the staff. Good vibes.

Was Grand! Had a great stay at the Grand Mercure Seminyak during September 2025. Excellent location and all the amenities you need for a typical Bali vacation and so close to the beach (1 min walk) without being in amongst all the ‘hustle bustle areas’. Room was generous, bedding fantastic, pool areas comfortable and expansive, overall vibe very relaxed. All staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with egg, crepe, Indonesian, Asian, Western fare stations and barista cafe to accompany; with menu changes in variety everyday. Our thanks and appreciation to Agus Dedi during dinner and Merliana, Andy, Artati and Heni during breakfast. However our most special note has to be for the beautiful and smiley Bian, who mainly looked after us during breakfast service, it was outstanding to the point where we’ve never had such looong breakfast sessions in a Hotel. Highly recommend amd Thank you everyone for a very relaxing stay.
