7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges

  • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Dining credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Cannot be accumulated. Valid for use at OneUp Restaurant, OneUp Lounge and The Market.
  • The Grand Club is located on the 32nd floor and includes a selection of breakfast items, all-day grab-and-go snacks, evening canapes and desserts. Club inclusions are only valid for Club King rooms.
  • Welcome drinks are available at OneUp Lounge from 4pm to 12am on day of arrival. It is a choice between one basic drink (premium drinks are excluded) or non-alcoholic drink per adult.
  • The waived amenity fee does not provide guests with any additional inclusions.

I had an amazing time here. The rooms have all amenities, housekeeping is attentive. Our room was sparkling clean every day. Great location in the midst of things. Friendly staff.

I had a great experience with Grand Hyatt. I stayed with them during the middle of the week, when after checkout I realized that I had forgotten my sunglasses in the room. I called them, and the lady on the call in lost and found thought there was some misunderstanding because she couldn't find them. Then half an hour later I spoke to her, the manager named Max called me and assured me that they will do their best in recovering them. He has been extremely polite and helpful. He understood my situation and I was able to get my sunglasses in a safe condition. My experience with Max has been extremely helpful. Definitely worth staying here. I recommend this place to everyone.

Overall negative experience due to a hotel power outage which led to us ending our trip early. Supposedly, the outage was due to hotel electrical equipment malfunction which caused a majority of the building to lose power. Hot water was also affected during this time. The outage began around 9:30pm and was still out when we left the hotel the following afternoon around 4:00pm. The front desk was very busy during this time moving people to other hotels or changing rooms to the few floors with electricity. In the morning, my wife and I wanted to just cancel our second night, but this was not given as an option to us initially. We were instead given the options that we could possibly move or get credit for another stay. Moving was just too much work since it was only a two night stay and we would have to re-park the car closer to the other hotel. It wasn't until later in the afternoon and speaking with someone else at the front desk were we able to get refunded for the second night. Despite the problems, front desk was overall helpful and seemed to be working very hard to solve everyone's issue. The hotel was otherwise very clean and our room was quiet. The rooms seemed decently updated and the bed was comfortable. The room fridge was pretty small but it didn't matter anyway since the power went out and ruined the cake we had in it. The review would have been a 4/5 if not for the power issue.
