We stayed at the Grand Hyatt with a luxury escape deal and it was fantastic. At first I wasn’t sure because the resort was so big, but it turned out to be the best bit about it. There were so many restaurants to choose from, and the quality of the food in each was excellent. The kids had the best time in the pools, we barely left the resort because everyone was so happy. A special call out to our waitress Sona, who was so good and engaging with our kids. She remembered each of their names and made their day. Thank you.

Amazing experience! We got the all-inclusive package and it did not disappoint. Oppulant gardens, ponds, scenery right by the beach. Hotel is gorgeous, clean, modern. Restaurants are all very good but you need to book for dinner 1 day in advance. Staff were fantastic!!!! Especially Krisna and Ari in the pool area. Staff are friendly, helpful and respectful, great with kids! Cannot recommend this enough!

It’s a beautiful resort. Rooms are fine no issues at all. Staff are friendly. The all inclusive package was disappointing as the hotel has recently significantly limited what alcohol beverages you can order to only the cheapest spirits cocktails. Saying that 2 cocktail bars made them nice and around the beach the cocktails were pretty bad. This is different to when I came to the hotel in February this year and it was a lot better. Food was very nice. Overall enjoyed but question value in all inclusive when quality of drinks has declined so much.

The location of this resort is fantastic. It is surrounded with well maintained gardens which includes ponds and swimming pools. The staff are willing to help anything you may need. The rooms are nice, but let the rest of the resort down as they need updating. They are looking a bit tired and need some updates. The tiles in the shower were loose and the TV was old. Overall, I do recommend this resort as food value.
