This was the highlight of our stay. GH Nusa Dua exceedes every standard of customer care. May it be the front desk, room service, breakfast spreads, restaurants, even tge maintenance staff, the in-house photo studio or any other person or spot that I have missed to mention; All of them are living examples of how guest service should be. We were overwhelmed with the kind gestures, smiling and welcoming staff and the pride they have in wearing their cultural identity. If I would have a choice, I will never miss a chance to stay here every time I visit Bali.

The granddaddy of hotels in Bali but despite its age, Grand Hyatt and its grounds are so well maintained. We booked their grand executive suite king and the room was absolutely gorgeous. I’m not a fan of resorts but Grand Hyatt Bali convinced me otherwise temporarily. Really enjoyed my experience there.

We booked the all-inclusive package at Grand Hyatt Bali and found it to be well worth it. Often with these packages, you get the sense that staff might overlook prepaid guests, but that wasn’t the case here. Service was attentive and responsive most of the time, which made a big difference. The resort is very family oriented, with lots of kids around, so keep that in mind if you're looking for a quieter vibe. The inclusive drink selection was above average, though a few classic poolside cocktails like frozen daiquiris were noticeably absent for those expecting the full tropical experience. The Japanese restaurant was the highlight of the dining options excellent food and atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean, and while the bed was quite firm, it turned out to be more comfortable than expected. However, we did request an early check-in weeks in advance, as we arrived at 12pm. The room wasn’t ready until after the standard check-in time at 3pm. It felt like the coordination could have been better. We suspected it might have been because we were on the all-inclusive package and they didn’t want us accessing benefits too early. It would’ve been more respectful if they had just been upfront, rather than stringing us along with promises to “do their best.” Overall, a solid experience with great value, and we’d happily return, just with more realistic expectations around check-in.

The rooms are great. For a family of 3-4 they are really spacious and good value. The pool area is great. However the resort does not adequately and effectively use the view of the sea well. The restaurant staff is very nice and the Italian restaunt has a lot of food options along the Japanese overall I recommend you going here
