Outstanding Hotel and level of quality and service. We stayed start August and had the pleasure to use the bar and the breakfast. I was bluffed by the quality of the breakfast, its helpful staff and choice. The surprise was as well that it was available until 11:30 am, maybe just for the holidays season ?

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was terrific as well as the hotel restaurant/bar. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall and within walking distance of downtown and many great restaurants, cafes and stores.

A true Viennese luxury experience Our stay at the Grand Hotel Wien was simply outstanding. The rooms are beautifully appointed, combining classic style with modern comfort. Everything was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Opera House and Kärntner Straße, yet perfectly peaceful inside. The service throughout the hotel was flawless: attentive, polite, and always one step ahead of our needs.
