Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort

Positioned on the flawless Khao Lak coastline and overlooking the shining Andaman Sea, Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort is the ideal spot for a secluded beachside escape. The town centre, with shopping, dining and low-key nightlife is a 15-minute drive away.

The resort is located approximately a 90-minute drive from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Return airport transfers are included in select packages only, please see the Fine Print for details.

Optional Christmas Day Dinner: For stays on 25 December, an additional surcharge of THB3000 per adult (12+) and THB1500 per child (2–11) applies for the optional Christmas dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6000 per adult (12+) and THB3000 per child (2–11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Breakfast is served buffet and is available at Pakarang from 6.30am to 10.30am. A la carte breakfast may be available at the discretion of the hotel
• Lunch is available at Pakarang or Oceano from 12.30pm to 3pm. Dinner is available at Pakarang, Oceano or Pla2 from 6.30pm to 10pm.
• The included massage is a 30-minute Thai massage at SEN Spa. Spa treatments must be booked in advance.
• The welcome cocktail and daily cocktails are available for adults only and can be redeemed at Blu Bar from 10am-8pm. Guests can choose from a limited menu of alcoholic options.
• Bowling can be redeemed at the Entertainment Complex. Bowling lanes cannot be reserved and are on a first come, first served basis.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge for the first seat. Additional seats will be charged 210THB per additional seat required. Guests are free to bring their own baby seat.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
