The staff went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable. It was our first wedding anniversary and we was made to feel amazing. Our room was even decorated so nice, thank you Olena for all your effort. We also got left an anniversary card in our room.❤️ The lady on the front desk was also exceptionally lovely. All the staff said hello to us as we passed them. They all made us feel very welcome and will definitely be visiting again.

I recently stayed here, paid for by my employer during a week of training hosted in their event rooms. The rooms are standard, but clean and comfortable. No complaints. Felt a little bit like a maze and my room was miles away but it helped me get my steps in as I definitely over ate during my stay. The food was absolutely delicious and the waiters were very friendly. Service was wonderful. Well equipped gym. Didn't use the pool due to time constraints but it looked very inviting. Plenty of free parking which I appreciated and it was very near to a large shopping area which was useful for essentials that I'd forgotten to bring. The event rooms were lovely, with tea, coffee, biscuits and snacks always available. My only suggestion would be to include a rubbish bin or two. In summary, If I were ever to come back to this area again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

The hotel is in a great location. I arrived early, but the staff did everything to get my room ready before the 1500 arrival time. The bar kept me entertained. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also of a high standard. I used the spa and its facilities. Was a good rest whilst on business. Would definitely recommend a visit.Free car park, free WiFi, and free view TV. Towels are supplied for the spa and gym. The spa is behind the hotel but is easy to locate.

We visited as a couple for a little treat. We found the spa package offered for the price was great value for money; and we would happily return. Customer Service: Fantastic - Welcoming and friendly. Facilities: The relaxation room was one of the largest we've enjoyed; however, the sauna was one of the smallest (only enough for 4 people max to be comfortable); and seating around the pool was plentiful, but not enough to accommodate everyone on a busy day. The treatment room featured a heated spa treatment table that was so cosy and relaxing I just wanted to be left to sleep after my treatment. Lunch was very enjoyable; however a little limited - I would have liked for a jacket potato option, but I opted for the rarebit and fries instead and really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a lovely spa day, and a great treat.
