This hotel is a real gem in a central location in Siem Reap. Stayed with my wife and 13 year old for 6 nights in Aug 2025. The hotel as a colonial chic vibe and instills relaxation. The room (premier wing) was a little odd as it was across the street from the main hotel building, but the room itself, a triple was clean, sizeable and everything you would need, including bottles of drinking water. The location wasn't a real issue and potentially added to the secluded atmosphere. The hotel staff are very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Cannot fault the service. The breakfast spread was fresh and fantastic, with everything on the menu, and we're happy to accommodate if you wanted something different. The Lunch menu is amazing (fair price for the type of hotel - essentially western prices) and even available at dinner time (Dinner menu limited - especially if you are staying several days). The hotel has 2 pools, which we nearly always had to ourselves. The hotel also has a spa which was invigorating albeit a little pricey. Not a lot to do at the hotel if you have young kids... this place is more a retreat for couples. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway, wanting that colonial experience

Gorgeous place with a helpful and acomodating staff. Loved our stay there. Breakfast is delicious and relaxing by the swimming pool in the end of the day is a real treat.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the Old Market and Pub Street. It is peaceful and comfortable with well-maintained rooms. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are good. Breakfast variety is small, but delicious. They also have different events on different days of the week for guests to enjoy. The best thing about the hotel is the service and hospitality by the staff. They provide excellent service, speak good English and are ready to help you with any queries that you may have. At check-in, we were served by the staff member Neat who ensured a smooth check-in process as well as explained everything about the room and amenities available. GHA Titanium benefits are also honoured here, with room upgrade, complimentary breakfast and welcome amenity. I would stay here again if I were to return to Siem Reap.

What a fabulous hotel - in a big city a slice of tranquillity. Superb location, wonderful staff and rooms you can't fault, I would fully recommend a stay especially a room with the pool at the door!. After a day out touring this is the place to return to and relax for the afternoon and evening. Great for families as well. Walk to the city or catch a tut tut - really a great city. Surprised us so will surprise you as well 😀
