The staff were genuinely friendly, and took the time to welcome us every time we arrived at the motel. The lobby was spotless, and it had an amazingly fresh scent. The room was probably the nicest accommodation I have stayed in. Very luxurious, and everything had been thought of, from a rain shower with excellent pressure, to the yoga mat, garment steamer, and umbrella, in the cupboard. One suggestion for the room is for guests to have the option of using the whole mini fridge to themselves, without fear of being charged for removed mini bar items. The location is excellent, as the motel is above an MRT station and an excellent shopping centre. Our family of 6 had an incredible time at the Fairmont, and we can’t wait to return.

Staying at Fairmont Singapore was such a pleasant experience. The facilities were great, the room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly and professional, which really made us feel welcome. One thing that could be improved is the check-in timing. As an ALL Platinum member, I had confirmed an early check-in, but unfortunately, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would be great if this could be handled better in the future, especially for loyalty members. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again.

From the time we were dropped off to reception and checkout, staff weren’t out of their way to be welcoming. Very proactive service. We stay here once a year and this year even better than usual. Had upgraded room and late checkout from Accor Gold status and welcome drinks, birthday cake. Room was superb, with mechanisd curtains, plenty of power outlets, auto-activated night lights and a supportive housekeeping service. Room TV has multiple channels, streams Bluetooth audio and Miracast but not Airplay though.

One of the highlights of my stay was the food. Whether it was breakfast, in-room dining, or meals at the hotel’s restaurants, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The variety and quality exceeded expectations, making each meal a memorable part of the experience. I've been to the Asian Market Cafe several times, the quality of the food is consistent, and it was outstanding. The salmon sashimi, which practically melts in your mouth, was a personal favorite. And for dessert, nothing beats their egg tart—easily the best I’ve had. Overall, Fairmont Singapore delivered a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing stay in the heart of the city.
