From the moment we arrived at the Chateau Lake Louise, we were absolutely blown away. The beauty of the location is beyond anything we've seen before, and the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. We stayed in a lake view room which was spacious with 2 queen sized (and very comfortable) beds, and breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. We didn't have time to do the six glaciers walk, but loved the hike to Mirror Lake and Lake Agnes from the hotel. The walk to Lake Agnes took around 1.5 hours and was well worth it. The hotel staff also helped us book a shuttle to Lake Moraine which I'd highly recommend. The scenery there was absolutely spectacular. It’s a must-see if you’re in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we can’t wait to return.

Absolutely stunning! This hotel offers breathtaking views of Lake Louise that are nothing short of magical. From the moment you arrive, you're surrounded by natural beauty, with the turquoise lake and towering mountains creating a postcard-perfect backdrop. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, many with panoramic views that make it hard to leave. The staff is warm and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious. A truly unforgettable stay—perfect for a romantic getaway or a serene retreat in the Rockies.

This hotel is at a super location with stunning views. The service was great during our stay. They addressed some small issues immediately and showed appreciation to customers, even during the busiest week of the year. The only problem was the room was kind of small because they want to give the great views to as many rooms as possible. Also, since they are at a monopoly situation they may take advantage of that and for people who don’t stay at this hotel it might be difficult to get to the Lake.

Upon entering my room, I was greeted by breathtaking views of the tranquil lake. I truly appreciated the welcome dessert and the card celebrating my birthday. The in-room dining was excellent, featuring delicious food and great service. Dinner at the Lakeview Lounge was delightful; both the food and service were outstanding. Special thanks to our server, Joseph, whose hospitality made our experience memorable and enjoyable. I made a reservation for afternoon tea at Fairview a few weeks in advance, and I was fortunate to get a table with a lovely view by the window. This was one of the highlights of our visit. Thanks to Matt for his excellent service and to the lady staff member who took many wonderful photos of us. However, I encountered some challenges during my interaction with the concierge staff. While I understand that the lobby can be quite busy with tourists, I felt that the staff could have been more engaged in assisting me. I had to ask several questions to get the information I needed, and unfortunately, the luggage pick-up time I was given was unclear, which led to some inconvenience the following morning. I hope that improvements can be made in this area to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would love to return to experience the different seasons.
