Executive experience at Ette. From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The service was wonderful, the gym featured exclusive, high-end equipment, and the breakfast was amazing. Dinner was outstanding, with both hot and cold sushi options, tuna pizza was delicious and their cocktail selection was impressive. Every drink, including the mocktails, was presented in a unique and original way.

Beautiful and stylish hotel! Like others have said, definitely a hidden gem that feels like you are somewhere else in the world. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and very clean. Great location, very close to the parks. Cool artwork throughout the hotel as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The entire property is spotless, and every staff member I encountered was extremely kind and professional. I’m very particular about cleanliness and inspect everything in my room—I couldn’t find a single flaw. Everything was immaculate, neat, and fresh. The hotel also smells amazing throughout. From check-in to check-out, the experience was absolutely top tier. Highly recommend!

Ette Hotel is a Courtyard Marriott decorated in ZGallerie’s finest masquerading as a luxury hotel. We stayed 2 nights in a king suite, which means nothing more than the bedroom was separate from the sparsely furnished living area. I don’t think the management at the Ette understand what a luxury hotel experience is and instead seem to be playing cosplay and going through the motions. Rooms - surprisingly dark and dimly lit despite the sun-drenched photos on their website. No closet, just a barely functional rack that doubles as a mini-bar, boutique, catch-all stand. Bathroom was super small with single sink, toilet and shower. Bathroom was so small that the marketed Le Labo toiletry box sat outside the bedroom on the aforementioned rack in the living room. Bed was comfortable with premium linens. Drapes were in need of repair so sunlight streamed into the room at sunrise even when fully closed (the only time the rooms were well lit). Property - location of the Ette is far from luxurious. It’s right alongside the road overlooking the back of a CVS and Arby’s and surrounded by lower end strip mall type souvenir shops. The pool is in the parking lot. The gym and spa are small. The gym is adequate for 3-4 people although well equipped with TechoGym equipment and a $20K+ set of dumbbells and accessories (not making that up…it’s crazy). Ever want to buy overpriced candles, creams and coffee table books? You’ve come to the right place - everywhere you turn there are things for sale…so much in fact I think management took the "boutique" in boutique hotel literally. Service - service at the Ette is standard but not what I would expect from a luxury hotel. Waits at the front desk were often long and generally not helpful. On Saturday morning they held a Pilates class in the courtyard next to the pool with a loud mic and speakers. Not only did this make the pool area inaccessible but even on the 4th floor we could hear the class like we there in person. Definitely not the peaceful serenity we were hoping for. Spa services were average and not worth the price. Restaurant - Salt & the Cellar was the pleasant surprise of our stay. We had an excellent dinner and would return, but stay somewhere else. Only feedback is that service was not overly attentive. We sat for nearly 30 minutes after being given desert menus and ultimately had to flag down someone for our check. In summary, would not recommend this hotel for the price. Boutique hotel, yes, luxury hotel, no. Overpriced for what it is.
